Looks like the catalogs for this topic are all maxed out. Did some digging on the group Guatemalan news is stating set up this "little" caravan: Pueblo Sin Fronteras. They are the ones who, in April, partnered with Fuentes on the first wave of mass migration.
Based in Chicago, this group is connected to two other similarly politically active groups. Additionally, they are connected to CARA Family Detention Pro Bono Project, which is, in turn, connected to the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc & American Immigration Council. I have no digs on these three associations as of yet.
Soros does partially fund Pueblo Sin Fronteras' $30M budget, however, have no digs yet on actual % of this budget he contributes to (through Open Society).
The branch of PSF in Mexico is run by a twice deported illegal who sought sanctuary in the Methodist church that PSF founder's husband preached at. Husband ALLEGED (have not found anything to confirm yet) former Black Panther.
Now, ties to Rep Gutierrez? Oh yes, yes there are. Husband preacher is former aide to Gutierrez.
The ties to Venezuela? Based upon what I have found so far (using Latin America news sources, so not sure which ones there are most accurate), Fuentes is a former cabinet member of the Zelaya government. Zelaya was ousted because he thought he was a god and could rule forever a la Xi's new constitution, the people/military (depending upon source) pushed back and won. Zelaya is BFFs with Chavez & Castro. Fuentes seems to be fueling the chaos fire in Honduras in an attempt to get Zelaya back in control, and this caravan is his ticket to paradise.
Likely a deeper rabbit hole, but that's what I have found before getting side-tracked on tracking foreign ownership of BHOs private jet. ((It seems one rabbit hole connects to half a dozen more seemingly unconnected on the surface.))
