If there are roads like this that are out, Fat tire bikes is the answer in and out of the theatre of operations. The National Guard only operate heavy equipment and trucks. We need to be quick and nimble, carrying small supplies in and out until we can work on more perm solutions or evacuate. There are many other types of battery operated powered tools such as 75 gallon water pumps, large and one handed sawzalls, circular saws, hammer drills, microwaves, hot and cold coolers, water filtration systems and cups, all types of lights including stadium and area, brush cutters, bug zappers, wheel barrels, angle grinders, air conditioned and heated jackets, and the portable power banks and solar systems that can be easily put into place to support these systems just using regular sunlight.
