BREAKING: The Georgia Supreme Court unanimously ruled that private contractors working for the government are also subject to public records requests. This means citizens can now obtain evidence from companies involved in elections like Dominion [voting machines]
The court concluded in its ruling that “a request for public records related to a private contractor’s services to a public agency can be served upon non-agency custodians of the relevant public records — including the private contractor if he or she is the custodian of the records sought — and the Court of Appeals erred in concluding otherwise.”
To clarify, the case was spawned from a man who, in 2022, sought records from a college contractor but was denied by the Fulton County Superior Court and Georgia Court of Appeals. It wasn't election-related, but I couldn't help but confirm with Georgia patriots, who told me this is HUGE NEWS in their fight to secure the 2024 election and get accountability for the stolen 2020 election
By the way, it's not just Dominion; Runbeck Election Services also does a lot of work in Georgia. They contract with Fulton and other counties to print and sort ballots. If anything goes "wrong" in November's election, we now have a foolproof way to get to the truth before they delete everything
This is one of the most significant rulings in recent history.

Representative Clay Higgins is a member of the congressional investigative task force looking into the assassination attempt by Thomas Matthew Crooks against President Trump. Rep Higgins was also doing independent research prior to his appointment to the congressional committee, and he released his preliminary report findings today [SEE HERE pdf].
There are some remarkable revelations in the 6-page pdf. One detail outlines how it was a Butler County SWAT officer who fired the initial shot that stopped Matthew Crooks after 8 shots fired. The Feds did not initially stop the assassin, the locals did. Another detail highlights how the Butler County coroner was not aware the FBI quickly released the body of Crooks for immediate cremation.
♦ […] “The 9th shot fired on J13 was from a Butler SWAT operator from the ground about 100 yards away from the AGR building. Shot 9 hit Crooks’ rifle stock and fragged his face/neck/right shoulder area from the stock breaking up. The SWAT operator who took this shot was a total badass; when he had sighted the shooter Crooks as a mostly obscured by foliage moving target on the AGR rooftop, he immediately left his assigned post and ran towards the threat, running to a clear shot position directly into the line of fire while Crooks was firing 8 rounds. On his own, this ESU SWAT operator took a very hard shot, one shot. He stopped Crooks and importantly, I believe the shot damaged the buffer tube on Crooks’ AR. I won’t be certain of this until I can examine Crooks’ rifle, but I’m 99% sure based upon reliable eye-witness ESU tactical officers who observed Crooks’ rifle before the FBI harvested it as evidence. This means that if his AR buffer tube was damaged, Crooks’ rifle wouldn’t fire after his 8th shot.” [Clay Higgins Report, pdf – page 4]

The Summer Triangle’s Hidden Treasures

August skies bring the lovely Summer Triangle asterism into prime position after nightfall for observers in the Northern Hemisphere.
Its position high in the sky may make it difficult for some to observe its member stars comfortably, since looking straight up while standing can be hard on one’s neck!
While that isn’t much of a problem for those that just want to quickly spot its brightest stars and member constellations, this difficulty can prevent folks from seeing some of the lesser known and dimmer star patterns scattered around its informal borders.
The solution? Lie down on the ground with a comfortable blanket or mat or grab a lawn or gravity chair and sit luxuriously while facing up.
You’ll quickly spot the major constellations about the Summer Triangle’s three corner stars: Lyra with bright star Vega, Cygnus with brilliant star Deneb, and Aquila with its blazing star, Altair.
As you get comfortable and your eyes adjust, you’ll soon find yourself able to spot a few constellations hidden in plain sight in the region around the Summer Triangle: Vulpecula the Fox, Sagitta the Arrow, and Delphinus the Dolphin!
You could call these the Summer Triangle’s “hidden treasures” – and they are hidden in plain sight for those that know where to look!
Vulpecula the Fox is located near the middle of the Summer Triangle, and is relatively small, like its namesake.
Despite its size, it features the largest planetary nebula in our skies: M27, aka the Dumbbell Nebula! It’s visible in binoculars as a fuzzy “star” and when seen through telescopes, its distinctive shape can be observed more readily - especially with larger telescopes.
Planetary nebulae, named such because their round fuzzy appearances were initially thought to resemble the disc of a planet by early telescopic observers, form when stars similar to our Sun begin to die.
The star will expand into a massive red giant, and its gases drift off into space, forming a nebula.
Eventually the star collapses into a white dwarf – as seen with M27 - and eventually the colorful shell of gases will dissipate throughout the galaxy, leaving behind a solitary, tiny, dense, white dwarf star.
You are getting a peek into our Sun’s far-distant future when you observe this object!
Sagitta the Arrow is even smaller than Vulpecula – it’s the third smallest constellation in the sky! Located between the stars of Vulpecula and Aquila the Eagle, Sagitta’s stars resemble its namesake arrow.
It too contains an interesting deep-sky object: M71, an unusually small and young globular cluster whose lack of a strong central core has long confused and intrigued astronomers.
Your own views very likely won’t be as sharp or close as this. However, this photo does show the cluster’s lack of a bright, concentrated core, which led astronomers until fairly recently to classify this unusual cluster as an “open cluster” rather than as a “globular cluster.”
Studies in the 1970s proved it to be a globular cluster after all – though an unusually young and small one!
It’s visible in binoculars, and a larger telescope will enable you to separate its stars a bit more easily than most globulars; you’ll certainly see why it was thought to be an open cluster!
Delicate Delphinus the Dolphin appears to dive in and out of the Milky Way near Aquilla and Sagitta!
Many stargazers identify Delphinus as a herald of the fainter water constellations, rising in the east after sunset as fall approaches.
The starry dolphin appears to leap out of the great celestial ocean, announcing the arrival of more wonderful sights later in the evening.
With a large telescope and dark skies, you can pick out globular clusters Caldwell 42 and Caldwell 47.

Is there trouble in lawfare paradise? It sure seems that way. The big plan to put President Trump behind bars appears to be unraveling, causing significant internal conflict within the regime’s “injustice” department. Jack Smith, the controversial and unconstitutional “prosecutor” in President Trump’s sham election fraud case, announced on Thursday thathe needs until August 30 to outline his case against Trump, following the Supreme Court’s July 1st ruling on presidential immunity—a clear victory for Trump.
The disgraceful Obama-appointed judge,Tanya Chutkan, has asked both sides to weigh in on how the case should proceed after the Supreme Court handed Trump this win on presidential immunity, making the prosecution’s goal of unleashing lawfare against Trump much, much harder.
Now, Smith—who many believe wasn’t even lawfully appointed to his post—is being forced to back down and call off his dogs. This isn’t what they planned for, so is that why an assassin was brought in as “plan B”?
The recent delay is exposing some very ugly internal conflicts within the regime’s ranks.This is what happens when the best-laid plans start to crumble.
Trouble in lawfare paradise? It sure looks that way.
Newsweek:
MSNBC legal analyst, Lisa Rubin, wrote on X, formerly Twitter, on Thursday that the delay maypoint to tension between Smith and the Department of Justice about how to continue with the case.
“Trump and Jack Smith were scheduled to tell Tanya Chutkan tomorrow how the D.C. election interference case should move forward. Instead, Smith told her tonight that he needs until the end of the month to propose next steps.”
“Unsurprisingly, the Kings of Delay, Stall & Ignore — aka Team Trump — were happy to accede to this request,” Rubin wrote
“What is less clear, however, is why Smith and co. need more time to ‘consult’. Is it less about consultation & instead revelatory of internal disputes about the best way — or any way — forward?” she asked.
Former federal prosecutor, Joyce Vance, wrote that Smith’s office is burdened by federal laws that force him to consult with the Department of Justice on key decisions.
“Getting it right matters more than going fast.”
Interesting, since not too long ago, “going fast” was the only course of action for Jack Smith and his pitbulls. The Newsweek piece goes on:
“That’s exactly why the Special Counsel is required to consult with other components, although it’s undoubtedly a requirement that the office chafes under,” Vance wrote in her legal blog, Civil Discourse, on Friday.
“I didn’t like it any better when, as a sitting U.S. Attorney, I was required to consult with a variety of offices in Main Justice before proceeding on certain types of matters. For one thing, I was always certain we had reached the correct decision inside of our office. For another, I disliked the delay,” she wrote.
“But something I learned through the process was that you could go fast alone or far together. The opportunity to have some of the smartest lawyers in the country pushing back against decisions, making contrary arguments, and testing conclusions means that the Special Counsel will come out on the other side with decisions that are that much stronger,” Vance added.
She said that the consultation means that Trump’s trial will definitely not start before the 2024 presidential election.
And that last part is a massive blow to the regime, which genuinely believed they had President Trump pinned against the ropes with their sham trials and lawless “injustice.”Just imagine how butthurt Trump-haters and lawfare architects like Andrew Weissman must be right now.
We all know how destroyed he was when the Supreme Court turned his plans to dust.
All that effort to interfere with another US election and weaponize the justice system—for nothing. Although they did succeed in making an absolute mockery of the justice system, attacking innocent Trump supporters, and turning us into a banana republic. So for the regime, that part was a huge win.

The subject of this NASA/ESA Hubble Space Telescope image is situated in the Perseus Cluster, also known as Abell 426, 320 million light-years from Earth.
It’s a barred spiral galaxy known as MCG+07-07-072, seen here among a number of photobombing stars that are much closer to Earth than it is.
MCG+07-07-072 has quite an unusual shape for a spiral galaxy, with thin arms emerging from the ends of its barred core to draw a near-circle around its disk.
It is classified as an SBc(r) galaxy: the c denotes that its two spiral arms are loosely wound, each only performing a half-turn around the galaxy, and the (r) is for the ring-like structure they create.
Rings in galaxies come in quite a few forms, from merely uncommon, to rare and scientifically important! Lenticular galaxies are a type that sit between elliptical and spiral galaxies.
They feature a large disk, unlike an elliptical galaxy, but lack any spiral arms. Lenticular means lens-shaped, and these galaxies often feature ring-like shapes in their disks.
Meanwhile, the classification of “ring galaxy” is reserved for peculiar galaxies with a round ring of gas and star formation, much like spiral arms look, but completely disconnected from the galactic nucleus — or even without any visible nucleus! They’re thought to be formed in galactic collisions.
Finally, there are the famous gravitational lenses, where the ring is in fact a distorted image of a distant, background galaxy, formed by the ‘lens’ galaxy bending light around it.
Ring-shaped images, called Einstein rings, only form when the lensing and imaged galaxies are perfectly aligned.
