She's not. She's classified as Mongoloid. Same as Asians and Native Americans. There's a ton of debate about sub-groups of our Species. They'll break us down in Animalia classifications, until we get to sub-groups. There's a reason for this, though. We have changelings among us.
Here's a dissertation on the major "races" of our Species. It's an interesting read, if you're of the intelligent mindset. Once you collect all the theories provided by the various doctors on the subject, it becomes quite clear on why they're trying to muddy the waters concerning sub-groups.
