it's different for each person.
I think if I were as new at it as you seem to be I'd pray like this "Lord help me to learn how to pray in a way that pleases you and ask for the things that please you."
There is a kind of 'being with The Lord ' type of prayer that doesn't ask for anything, it is just you being thankful for what you have and for the people around you.
If you don't know how to ask things for yourself you can pray for other people like 'Please clear up Father's cough and make him healthy so that he can be well and do better the things that you call him to do', stuff like that.

This board is excellent for news, digging, etc. The Q thing was apparently a successful psyop, the Cognitive Dissonance comes from Trump & 2 second Dan's involvement. This begs the hard question (for me) what was the ultimate purpose? Don't get me started on the 'Snake Poem', why that doesn't set off every Anons alarm bells regarding Trumps 'purpose' is beyond me. The obvious 'fake' B.S., made up court cases, judges behaving like children, it's all just beyond comprehension.
Excellent example, look at the current 'thing', the left wants you to believe that Texas putting up a tiny line of razor wire in one stretch is the end of the world. The Right wants you to celebrate it's existence.?
It's like putting a gate in your front yard but you don't have fence. The whole thing is a B.S. mind game that 99% of the population doesn't see.
We aren't winning, the base pharmacy refused to refill my prescription because I ignored the person at the window's 'preferred pronouns' sign. I'll be honest, I'm not a violent person, but those people pluck my last nerve like a bass guitar. I was polite, but they were psychotic and that's being nice.
