if you can have directed antennae, that also drastically lowers the power requirements.
all in all, assuming it's used morally, 5G is the logical next step for wireless data connections.
For me, due to the fact that we can't trust those in charge of the technology, the directional nature of 5G antennae makes it risky.
we can't trust them, and thus they technology could be misused.
