Clinton Foundation Auditor Sanctioned – Numerous Material Issues Including the Clinton Foundation and Its Auditor Ignoring $483 Million Error

Arkansas Sanctions Clinton Foundation’s Auditor in Landmark Case

The Clinton Foundation is America’s largest unprosecuted racketeering and charity fraud case. Investigations of the Clinton Foundation, shelved by the corrupt and partisan DOJ, FBI, and IRS leadership, demonstrate a two-tier justice system with exemptions for the political elite.

The only remaining pathway for due process was petitioning the Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy to enforce AICPA professional standards against the Foundation’s former national audit firm BKD, LLP (BKD has since merged with another national firm forming Forvis, LLP).

BKD issued slapdash audits and tax returns (under penalties of perjury) for 13 years. By dismissing AICPA professional standards and IRS compliance, the firm created a veneer of legitimacy for the Clinton Foundation. BKD’s main fiduciary obligation is to serve and protect public interest, not the Clinton Foundation.

I filed a complaint with the Arkansas Board against BKD, LLP. The complaint (59 allegations), relying on public documents, charged BKD with professional misconduct and failure to comply with the following AICPA standards and the IRS Code. The complaint’s primary focus is the Clinton Foundation’s 2011 amended IRS Form 990 tax return dated November 16, 2015, and the underlying 2011 audited financial statements.

The firm filed a condescending and indefensible response dismissing the allegations and smearing me as a “conspiracy theorist.” The reply crossed a bright-line including a veiled threat of AICPA disciplinary action against me. BKD’s Chief Operating Officer Eric Hansen served at the time as the AICPA Chairman.

Rampant Irregularities

The complaint covered substantial irregularities and documented a culture of deceit, with the more flagrant irregularities abstracted below.

Trustee Oversight & Control Failures

The Foundation’s Board of Trustees engaged Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, LLP, to review its “decadal” (Or is it decadent?) governance. Their report was issued in late December 2011. WikiLeaks released the draft document widely covered in media outlets. The governance review found severe organizational and internal control weaknesses jeopardizing the Foundation’s tax-exempt status. Why did BKD ignore the flashing warning signals?

UK issues new anti-Russian sanctions in light of ongoing referenda

The UK Foreign Office on Monday accused Russia of conducting "sham referenda" in the DPR, LPR, Kherson, and Zaporozhye regions in Ukraine and said in a statement that the UK officially issued new sanctions against Russia.

"The Foreign Secretary has today (26 September) announced 92 sanctions in response to the Russian regime imposing sham referendums in four regions of Ukraine – a clear violation of international law, including the UN charter," the statement said.

Among the thirty-three officials who received sanctions included the head of the government of the Kherson region Sergey Eliseev; the minister of education and science of the Lugansk People's Republic Ivan Kusov; the head of the administration of the Zaporozhye region Yevgeny Balytskyi; a member of the main council of the Zaporozhye regional administration Vladimir Rogov; the head of the Kherson city administration Alexander Kobets; and deputy chairman of the government of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) Yevgeny Solntsev.

Four other individuals were sanctioned for allegedly "supporting or obtaining benefit from the Government of Russia and operating in sectors of strategic significance," namely Russian real estate developers God Nisanov and Zarakh Iliev; Ural Mining and Metallurgic Company President Iskander Makhmudov; and ARETI International Group President Igor Makarov.

Russian joint-stock company Goznak and PR agency IMA Consulting were also included in the list.

Fifty-five other board members of Russian financial organizations, as well as twenty-three individuals from Gazprombank, 16 from Sberbank, and 10 from Sovcombank, were also sanctioned.

Since the conflict between Russia and Ukraine began in February, the UK has stood as one of Ukraine's major allies.

Back in March of this year, former Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced to his cabinet his intention to supply Ukraine with “more lethal” weapons.

Russia condemned the UK for cooperating with Kiev ultra-nationalist forces and supplying them with weapons against Russia's armed forces.

Last June, Johnson launched a major training operation for Ukrainian forces, with the potential to train up to 10,000 soldiers every 120 days.

Other nations in the Joint Expeditionary Force (JEF) and Canada were given the opportunity to join the initiative. These consist of Denmark, Finland, Estonia, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Sweden, and Norway.

Just a few days ago, Russia released UK prisoners of war as part of an exchange between Russia and Ukraine with the mediation of Saudi Arabia.

Failure to Audit Clinton Global Initiative

According to the 1023 Application for Recognition of Exemption Under Section 501(c)(3), BKD advised CGI “in complying with relevant laws, regulations, and standards.” It failed to audit the pay-for-play subsidiary that made up over 20% of the consolidated revenue. Numerous states, including Arkansas, required CGI to be audited.

Arkansas Consent Order

BKD signed the Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy Consent Order acknowledging that it failed to “exercise due professional care in the performance of professional services,” and that a licensee who performs auditing, review, compilation, management consulting, tax or other professional services shall comply with professional standards as defined in Board Rule 8.2.”

BKD also acknowledged it was first licensed with Arkansas in 2003, meaning it operated unlawfully for more than two years while providing services to the Clinton Foundation.

Kudos to the Arkansas Accountancy State Board for pursuing and disciplining BKD, but the firm’s acknowledgment without severe penalties is insufficient. Ethically, BKD should have pulled its audit opinions.

The Fox News host paid tribute to the founder and president of the famous motorcycle club, Sonny Barger

Tucker Carlson has paid his respects to the founder and longtime president of the notorious Hells Angels motorcycle club, Sonny Barger, who passed away this summer aged 83 after a battle with throat cancer.

The prominent Fox News host was among more than 7,000 people who gathered at the Stockton 99 Speedway in California on Saturday to attend a six-hour-long service dedicated to Barger, who had been a counterculture icon since the 1960s.

Speaking to the crowd of leather-clad mourners, Carlson began his speech by admitting that he had never met Barger personally, but had always been a fan of the notorious outlaw biker. Carlson noted, however, that he had only discovered the biker’s personal views when he read the letter Barger released after his passing.

“The letter, if I can summarize it from memory, was: ‘Always stand tall, stay loyal… remain free, and always value honor,’” Carlson recited, telling the crowd that just reading these words made him “emotional.”

“And I thought to myself, if there is a phrase that sums up more perfectly what I want to be, what I aspire to be, and the kind of man I respect, I can’t think of a phrase that sums it up more perfectly than that,” the TV host added, drawing applause from the crowd.

Carlson went on to question why such values were not shared by those who sit in Washington and pointed out that it should be the president of the United States who repeats those words everyday, not just the leader of a notorious motorcycle club.

Barger rose to prominence in the US after he became one of the founding members of the first Oakland chapter of the Hells Angels motorcycle club in 1957. He went on to become the public face of the group, which is currently believed to have up to 3,600 members with chapters spread across the world.

Throughout his life, Barger had numerous run-ins with the law and had been arrested on charges ranging from possession of narcotics to attempted murder, and had served several prison sentences.

While many police and international intelligence agencies, including the US Justice Department and Europol, consider the Hells Angels to be an organized crime syndicate, Barger always maintained that the club only consists of motorcycle enthusiasts and that responsibility for criminal activities lies with individual members and not the club as a whole.

Within months after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, some in the US media began to question, "Where is Edward Snowden? This is an absolutely huge development and big and consequential Kremlin thumb in the eye to Washington at a moment the two sides are inching closer to direct confrontation and war in Ukraine. The decree is sure to spiral tensions further already at a moment Washington is mulling yet more expanded sanctions.

According to Russia's Sputnik, "Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has also confirmed that Russian citizenship was granted to Snowden at the latter's request."

The Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC), a major U.S. green group that has influenced Biden administration policymaking, has deep ties to the Chinese government.

The NRDC, a non-profit organization based in New York City with total assets exceeding $450 million, has worked on climate issues extensively in China since the mid-1990s and several of its top officials have worked for the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) or government-sponsored institutions.

The NRDC also maintains a close working relationship with President Biden’s administration. The NRDC’s former president, Gina McCarthy, served as Biden’s climate czar up from January 2021 until earlier this month. Current president, Manish Bapna, has attended at least two White House meetings, visitor logs reviewed by Fox News Digital show.

The NRDC regularly communicates with Special Presidential Envoy for Climate John Kerry’s office on policy issues, according to internal State Department emails obtained by the watchdog group Protect the Public’s Trust and shared with Fox News Digital.

On its website, the NRDC highlights its collaboration with a “wide range of Chinese and international partners” to boost green policies and “fortify” environmental regulations in the country.

Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom Signs Law Allowing Illegal Immigrants to Obtain California IDs

Meanwhile in the Democrat hellhole of California…

On Friday, Democrat Governor Gavin Newsom signed a new bill that will make it possible for illegal immigrants to obtain state IDs into law.

The new law, AB 1766 mandates that “by no later than July 1, 2027,” the DMV must “issue a restricted identification card to an eligible applicant who is unable to submit satisfactory proof that their presence in the United States is authorized under federal law if they provide satisfactory proof of identity and California residency, as specified.”

Also, AB 1766 would forbid any government agency or department, law enforcement agency, business company, or another person from obtaining, accessing, utilizing, or disclosing, noncriminal background information stored by the department for the purpose of immigration enforcement.

“That means criminals who are illegally in the country might not be reported; it also means that despite California’s aggressive lockdown policies in the coronavirus pandemic, the state may not be allowed to provide information about illegal aliens to the federal government in future public health crises,” Breitbart reported.

Some of the new legislation bills that aimed toward helping illegal aliens in California, aside from AB 1766, are AB 1232, AB 2068, and AB 2193.

AB 1232 will give immigrant students improved access to in-state tuition at public colleges and universities, as well as ESL courses at community colleges.

Occupational safety and health are included in AB 2068, meaning that undocumented people will have access to community health workers and promoters who can facilitate and provide culturally and linguistically responsive care.

AB 2193 deals with providing low-income Californians eligibility for legal assistance in civil matters that affect basic human needs, regardless of a persons immigration status.

“California is expanding opportunity for everyone, regardless of immigration status… We’re a state of refuge – a majority-minority state, where 27 percent of us are immigrants,” Newsom said after signing the new law. “That’s why I’m proud to announce the signing of today’s bills to further support our immigrant community, which makes our state stronger every single day.”

Almost 3 million people in California are living in the shadows without proper documentation in 2019, according to the census from the Migration Policy Institute. It is even worst right now as a result of of Biden’s open border policy.

Currently, illegal immigrants are allowed to obtain an AB60 driver’s license in California.

Laws allowing undocumented immigrants to get driver’s licenses have been passed in 17 states and District of Columbia. Pelosi Unilaterally Extends Unconstitutional Proxy Voting Scheme AGAIN Through November Despite Biden Declaring Pandemic is Over

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Friday unilaterally extended her unconstitutional proxy voting scheme again due to COVID-19, despite Biden’s declaration that the pandemic is over.

This is pure lawlessness and unprecedented corruption.

In a letter addressed to the members of the House of Representatives, Pelosi cited COVID and said that a “public health emergency is in effect” in her announcement extending proxy voting.

It will be extended until November 10, 2022.

“In light of the attached notification by the Sergeant-at-Arms, in consultation with the Office of Attending Physician, that a public health emergency is in effect due to a novel coronavirus, I am hereby extending the “covered period” designated on January 4, 2021, pursuant to section 3(s) of House Resolution 8, until November 10, 2022,” Pelosi said in a statement.

Pelosi first began the scheme on May 27, 2020.

Pelosi unilaterally extended her proxy voting scheme several times over the last couple of years. The proxy scheme was supposed to end today, September 26th.

Pelosi’s decision to extend proxy voting comes after President Joe Biden said that the COVID pandemic was over.

Joe Biden declared the COVID pandemic is over in a sit-down interview with “60 Minutes” that aired last week.

This was Joe Biden’s first interview with an American outlet in more than 7 months.

“The pandemic is over. We still have a problem with Covid. We’re still doing a lot of work on it. It’s – but the pandemic is over,” Biden said to Scott Pelley.

WI Republican Representative Mike Gallagher issued a statement Friday condemning the letter.

“Earlier this week, President Biden claimed that the pandemic was over. It seems everyone but Speaker Pelosi agrees. By extending proxy voting, Speaker Pelosi continues to allow members to forgo the most important component of their job – voting – and lie to their constituents in the process. The day when Republicans take back the House and eliminate this unconstitutional and unethical practice can’t come soon enough.”

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) also reacted to Pelosi’s decision to extend proxy voting in an op-ed for the New York Post.

“The Commitment to America champions policies to restore voters’ confidence in Congress, starting with ending Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s proxy-voting abuse of power that allowed 90% of House Democrats to get paid without needing to show up for work.”

Last year, GOP Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy asked the US Supreme Court to overturn Speaker Pelosi’s House proxy voting.

“Although the Constitution allows Congress to write its own rules, those rules cannot violate the Constitution itself, including the requirement to actually assemble in person. Since its adoption 14 months ago, proxy voting has shattered 231 years of legislative precedent and shielded the majority from substantive policy debates and questions, effectively silencing the voices of millions of Americans,” McCarthy wrote to the Supreme Court justices.

The US Supreme Court in January declined to hear GOP Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy’s challenge to Speaker Pelosi’s proxy voting.

Congressman Greg Pence of Indiana’s Sixth Congressional District also demanded an end to this unconstitutional proxy voting.

Tesla's German Gigafactory Catches Fire, Prompting Local Protestors To Call For Production Shut Down

A major fire appears to have broken out at Tesla's Berlin recycling plant, prompting a local group of environmentalists who have been fighting the company to call for Tesla to stop production.

Overnight electrek reported that Tesla's on-site fire brigade called in help from the local fire department for an incident that took place at Gigafactory Berlin in the municipality of Grünheide.

Local news reported that a "a large pile of cardboard and wood caught on fire at the recycling facility located at the factory". The report said that 800 cubic meters of paper, cardboard and wood caught fire.

The blaze took 50 firefighters "hours" to get under control. 12 firefighters from Tesla's own brigade assisted with the fire. No injuries were reported and the fire did not spread to elsewhere on the facility.

But one blaze set off another: environmentalists, who have been fighting Tesla every step of the way on the German plant, are now calling for a stop in production. A group called the citizens’ initiative Grünheide (BI) is calling for an "immediate stop" to production, electrek writes.

A representative from the group commented: "Our worst fears have come true. We demand a production stop until the causes and circumstances have been clarified and all safety-related measures in the water protection area have been implemented."

Tesla has not issued an official comment as of yet.

Spanish government official reportedly claims 'children … can love or have sexual relations with whomever they want'

A member of the Spanish government recently caught the attention of the international community after she made controversial statements regarding children and sexual consent.

Irene Montero, the 34-year-old minister of equality in Spain, recently said in Spanish at a recent legislative meeting: "All girls, boys, childrenx in this country have the right to know their own body, to know that no adult can touch their body if they don't want to and that is a form of violence, they have the right to know that they can love or have sexual relations with whoever they want, based on consent."

A video of her comments went viral on social media late last week.

It is unclear when she actually made the statement.

The age of sexual consent in Spain is 16, and Montero later clarified that, with her statements, she was merely advocating for the right of children to receive comprehensive sex education "which allows them to have lives free of violence and that allows them in the future to freely live their sexuality."

However, her critics, whom she called members of "the extreme right," have argued that her comments have endangered children, and many have now called for her resignation as a result.

US Military Has a Mass Monitoring Tool that can Spy on 93% of ALL Internet Traffic, Including Email, Browser Data

The tool reportedly covers 93% of the world's internet traffic and can easily defeat VPNs.

Senator Ron Wyden (D-OR) has revealed that the US Naval Investigative Service (NCIS) has a contract for “Augury” – a mass monitoring tool that reportedly covers 93% of the world’s internet traffic and provides access to petabytes of current and historical data.

Wyden made the revelation in a recent letter that urged officials at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of Defense (DOD), and Department of Justice (DOJ) to investigate their department’s “warrantless purchase and use of records revealing the websites Americans have accessed online.”

The Senator wrote that public contracting records show that NCIS has a contract for Augury and that these records show that Augury provides access to network data “from over 550 collection points worldwide.” Wyden added that these records show Augury “is updated with at least 100 billion new records each day” and “confirm that Augury provides access to email data…and data about web browser activity.”

Not only does Wyden’s letter highlight this Augury contract but it also reveals that Wyden’s department was recently contacted by a whistleblower who had filed formal complaints “regarding the warrantless purchase and use of netflow data by the Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS).” This whistleblower told Wyden’s department that NCIS is “purchasing access to data, which includes netflow records and some ‘communications content” from Team Cymru – a data broker that offers access to Augury.

Wyden’s letter also notes that other government agencies, including US Cyber Command, the Army, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), and the US Secret Service, have contracts with Argonne Ridge Group – an affiliate of Team Cymru that has previously managed contracts with public agencies.

Motherboard, which reviewed several of the contracts referenced in Wyden’s letter, added that while these contracts don’t mention Augury, one of the FBI contracts does say “it will secure funding approval to buy net flow from one commercial vendor and integrating it into existing sources of net flow available to cyber intelligence analysts to analyze as a proof of concept.”

Gates Foundation Funds Clinton Initiative to Force China Reliance On Developing World.

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is funding a Clinton Health Access Initiative aimed at making developing countries reliant on China for healthcare and medical products, The National Pulse can reveal.

The Microsoft co-founder’s foundation authorized a $560,021 grant to the Clinton Health Access Initiative in September, which will run for 18 months.

The Clinton Health Access Initiative was originally a part of the controversial Clinton Foundation started by former President Bill Clinton but spun off into a separate organization in 2010 though Chelsea Clinton – the daughter of the former president and his wife Hillary – joined the initiative’s board in 2011.

The purpose of the grant is “to leverage manufacturing capabilities in China to increase supply security and enhance the supply of key health commodities in low- and middle-income countries.”

While the foundation omitted any further details on how the objective would be accomplished, the grant will likely boost China’s manufacturing capabilities and make countries reliant on the communist nation for “key” healthcare items.

The grant comes amidst China rolling out its controversial “Belt and Road” initiative, a key component of the regime’s efforts to expand its control globally through predatory infrastructure loans.

As the U.S. State Department has warned, Beijing “uses the Belt and Road Initiative and other undertakings to expand foreign markets for Chinese companies and as a means of drawing nations, particularly their political and economic elites, into Beijing’s geopolitical orbit.”

China has been accused of using similar tactics amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, engaging in “healthcare diplomacy” to broaden its influence over developing countries. Products manufactured in the country also often have poor efficacy and are tainted with toxic chemicals.

The Gates Foundation grant appears to aid the Chinese Communist Party’s ambitions to intertwine itself within the healthcare infrastructure of countries across the world.

The unearthed grant follows Bill Gates’s long history of working with the Chinese Communist Party on business and philanthropic ventures. His foundation appears to demonstrate a similar affinity for the Communist regime, sending sizable grants to additional Chinese entities, including those with ties to the lab believed to be the birthplace of COVID-19.
