BISMARCK, ND – Attorney General Wayne Stenehjem confirmed today that his office is investigating Minot resident Terpsichore “Tore” Maras-Lindeman, doing business as “A Magic City Christmas,” for alleged violations of the consumer fraud laws and charitable solicitation laws. The investigation was initiated in early December, 2017, after the consumer protection division received a media inquiry about claims made by Maras-Lindeman in fund-raising solicitations for a holiday concert supposedly to benefit charities in Minot. Maras-Lindeman is not registered as a charity or professional fundraiser.
“The charitable solicitation law and consumer fraud laws were enacted to protect members of the public. When anyone fails to comply with the reasonable requirements of these laws, it is my office’s duty to investigate and take any necessary action to protect consumers,” said Stenehjem.
When the consumer protection investigators made the initial contact in December last year, they informed Maras-Lindeman that state law requires a person to register with the Secretary of State before soliciting any charitable contributions, and recommended that she discontinue fund raising until she had registered with the Secretary of State. Maras-Lindeman ignored the investigators and for some time continued to solicit donations using the online fundraising sites GoFundMe and Fundly, through Facebook, her website, and by using direct solicitations to businesses in the Minot area.
As the investigation proceeded, investigators learned that Maras-Lindeman also had misrepresented her affiliation with both the Bank of North Dakota and the City of Minot in her solicitations. Without permission, and even after being advised that the Bank of North Dakota could not be a sponsor, Maras-Lindeman used the Bank’s logo in her website solicitations, magiccitychristmas.com. She also used the Coin of the City of Minot on her website and Facebook page, even after the City had repeatedly asked her to remove it. Maras-Lindeman ignored the City’s attempts to contact her and as a result, on October 27, 2017, the City of Minot was forced to issue a press release disclaiming any involvement with Maras-Lindeman or A Magic City Christmas. Even after the supposed benefit concert was then canceled, Maras-Lindeman continued to sell items, now claiming the proceeds were intended for homeless shelters.
The Attorney General’s investigation, which is ongoing, has been hampered by Maras-Lindeman’s refusal to provide requested documentation, information about her supposed charitable efforts, or even to be consistent in her responses. However, Maras-Lindeman has admitted to investigators that the money she raised from the solicitations went directly into the bank account for her business, ML Labs. Maras-Lindeman claimed that ML Labs (also known as ML Laboratory) was registered as a business entity in North Dakota, but only after the investigation was initiated did Maras-Lindeman register the trade name “ML Labs-Events” with the Secretary of State.
Stenehjem noted it has been very difficult to determine the truth among Maras-Lindeman’s various claims. However, he confirmed that the investigation already has determined that Maras-Lindeman has engaged in prohibited or questionable expenditures of donated funds received for the “A Magic City Christmas” event. Bank records confirm that donations were deposited in an October 2017 account and some donations later were used for purchases of fast food and QVC purchases. There also is evidence to suggest that when her personal bank account funds were depleted, Maras-Lindeman made personal expenditures from the donated funds accounts.

“My office offered Ms. Maras-Lindeman a very reasonable settlement for her violations of the charitable solicitation laws and misrepresentations to the public in connection with her solicitations and, unfortunately, she declined the settlement,” said Stenehjem. “Although she has every right to choose to contest the allegations, she must cooperate with our lawful investigation. Instead, she has chosen to make false claims about the purpose or nature of the investigation.”
The Attorney General is also concerned that Ms. Maras-Lindeman has been involved in many lawsuits in North Dakota and other states with different name variations.
“We are required to enforce the charitable solicitation laws for the protection of the public. Efforts by Ms. Maras-Lindeman to characterize the investigation as other than that, including her spurious effort at a frivolous ‘criminal complaint’ do not help. We are therefore determined to see that this matter concludes in a court of law,” said Stenehjem.

Only 8 months in service was likely a hardship for a family emergency or medical separation due to pregnancy or mental health issues.
*Failure to disclose a medical condition would result in immediate separation.

Last January, the attorney general's office asked the court to compel Terpsehore Maras Lindeman to provide information related to her organization of "A Magic City Christmas," which was scheduled but cancelled in December 2017.
MINOT, N.D. - The North Dakota Attorney General's Office continued its pursuit of information from a former Minot event planner in a Minot courtroom Monday, Dec. 3, even while offering her immunity against criminal prosecution.
Terpsehore Maras Lindeman and her Grand Forks attorney, David Thompson, accepted the immunity deal, although they asked North Central District Judge Doug Mattson to dismiss the case entirely.
The state's offer of immunity reflects the Attorney General Office's intention to not pursue criminal charges through the local state's attorney's office.
"For us, this always has been a civil case and continues to be a civil case," said Parrell Grossman, assistant attorney general and director of the consumer protection division.
"I am hoping the granting of immunity can lead to resolution of this matter," Assistant Attorney General Brian Card told the court.
"That's my expectation," Mattson responded.
Last January, the attorney general's office asked the court to compel Lindeman to provide information related to her organization of "A Magic City Christmas," which was scheduled but cancelled in December 2017.
The attorney general's staff is investigating Lindeman for alleged consumer fraud in connection with the event, claiming she failed to register as a professional fund raiser and misspent donations. Mattson had ruled Lindeman to be in contempt for not fully providing requested information. She has denied the state's allegations against her and claimed her Fifth Amendment protection from self incrimination.
Lindeman said the attorney general already has the information it is requesting, either provided by her or obtained by administrative subpoena. She said the office now is seeking information that doesn't exist or is personal information unrelated to the investigation.
Card and Grossman say Lindeman has not provided all the information requested nor have administrative subpoenas fully produced the information necessary for the investigation.
Thompson noted the attorney general's office has used administrative subpoenas to obtain information without Lindeman's knowledge from sources such as her bank and educational institutions. It is not legal on the federal level to obtain such information without notifying the person under investigation, but North Dakota law includes no similar mandate.
"On a policy level, I think that's wrong, but I am not going to argue that," Thompson said.
Last July, the state filed a separate civil action against Lindeman, accusing her of failing to register as a charitable organization or professional fundraiser and using deceptive practices in advertising and fundraising. Lindeman has requested the judge dismiss that case as well.

The Mother and Father come together to this family thing, the Mother begins searching for things to copy or take photos of, she is somehow discovered, the other three are furious and go after her, she begins recording them angry at her, they destroy her phone, she calls the cops and presses charges against her husband, her daughter, and her son in law (I guess?) on 20 April, claims she dropped the charges, GJ meets anyhow, charges presented in mid August.
I think the big question has to be if the Mother was spying or searching for something and if so was she acting voluntarily or at the behest of another? I will add my 2 cents:
In the documentary, they say the shadow president is some military individual.
But Q told us that Obama is the shadow president.
All in all, the documentary could have been made solely based on the drops, the anons' research, the leaks from one year ago, and maybe a little more open source research.
But to people who, unlike us, have not been researching these things for a while, the documentary seems mind boggling.
However, it can then be used by infowars to:
1. get some traction with the people than joined the Q train recently, as they are not fully aware of everything yet
2. it implants in their minds disinformation. One example being who the shadow president is.

Ezra Levant has a long history of claims against him for scams just like that and in (at least) two recent cases was accused of taking all of the money and never giving it to the two people he set up the fundme account for.
The moment his name appeared on that GoFundMe it confirmed to me at least that a scam was in action but at this point I still have not determined the exacts. It probably wouldn't take long to figure this whole thing out but I just don't see it as worth my time at this point other than finding interest in how they immediately threw one guy (Bergy) in the trashcan after he traveled down there for a clearly established meeting to showcase the video. So I have to question the validity when the only person with on hand experience first makes outrageous claims that have already been shown to be false (Stone connection) but then discard that person. It makes me wonder if the original plan was to accuse Stone in the video as Bergy has made videos since claiming that Jones and the video did not properly portray what he meant to say there which, if true, would mean that Jones and IW purposely tried to make Stone out to be the cause of all of those things which is absolutely a MSM narrative used to attack Trump.
Bottom line is that even if we strip away the frauds involved the video really didn't present anything as we already knew about the public contractors from our Reality Winner research years ago and since they never added any actual evidence to go with their claims against anyone it came off to me more like a means to try to control a narrative more than anything. If that is true and if QAnon is what I believe them to be then I have no doubt those involved in that video are going to deal with something major from the powers that be. In fact Jones appeared literally concerned about that very thing while he tried to scramble away from any connection to the video.
I don't know, it's all just so bizarre but also expected when one considers who was involved. I hope Stone lowers the serious hammer on those people for even mentioning his name after he dealt with the bullshit he dealt with the past few years. He has some serious patience to stay chill after coming out of prison, getting a pardon from the POTUS and then dealing with being accused of controlling a global spy ring. Stone really comes off as a dude you don't fuck with and one who is absolutely great towards loyalty but absolutely devastating to those who fuck with him.

I won't deny that this has crossed my mind but it's hard to conclude this given her track record. If she would just come out, speak honestly about the issue with her Mother, lay out how the video came into being, proved her words by showing emails or something to validate how it was contracted to her, and most of all stopped letting Tore of all people speak for her then maybe I would see it more as you wrote. But as it stands in my mind she was contacted and contracted by Jones to create the video as a means to attack the Q research and shift the narrative, Tore was brought in as (basically) an actor since she has no real experience or evidence to validate anything and Bergy was used/lied to about his role and then cast aside while Ezra and Jones coordinated with Millie's Mother from behind the scenes to assure that charge was pushed and signed off on by a Judge who has been controlled since her arrest for DUI.
But I think Millie is in too deep and those people have her and have had her since her Mother sold off her and her sister in Hollywood years ago so she has nobody else she can discuss it with or show any evidence to since she is surrounded by them (if true). She is by no means some innocent bird but given her sisters connection to Christopher David and Millie's track record I tend to think she has been setup and used her entire life by her family to achieve some goal, likely either financial in nature or criminal. Just my two cents.

Citizens asking questions, regarding their credentials have been blocked/banned/attacked through their several social media accounts.
Latest and greatest attempt to get concerned citizens silenced is filing a harassment charge with the Minot Police Department against several people tied to allegations such as harassing her child at school, attempting to put rat poisoning in their food, and threatening her life.

The report contains written summaries from two deputies who said that Weaver, her brother Charles “Chuck” Weaver Jr. and her boyfriend Gavin Wince gave conflicting stories that contradicted evidence at the scene.
“The story did not stand up to basic scrutiny in the form of basic investigation,” the report says.
The report, obtained Monday by cleveland.com, provides a window into the case against Millie Weaver, who was charged by secret indictment in July with robbery, tampering with evidence, obstructing justice and domestic violence. The trio was arrested on Friday and held at the Portage County Jail until their Monday arraignment where they pleaded not guilty. They were issued $20,000 bonds and released on their own recognizance.
Her arrest spurred online conspiracy theories that her arrest was on charges of stealing government documents, then an intimidation tactic meant to silence a video she was set to release online. The video was released hours after her arrest.
Portage County Prosecutor Victor Vigluicci said Monday that he did not know who Millie Weaver was before her arrest, and that the case had “nothing to do with her political beliefs or whatever she chooses to publish.”
Defense attorneys Eugene O’Bryan and Troy Reeves, who are both listed as Millie Weaver’s attorneys in court records, did not return a phone call seeking comment on Monday.

The initial call
The report says that McCarron came from California to stay with the trio at Wince’s Yale Road home earlier this year, after her employer in North Hollywood shutdown due to the coronavirus. McCarron told deputies that Millie Weaver was swearing at her, being mean and calling her names on April 25, and she was texting with a bishop at the Mormon church where she attended about it, the report says.
McCarron said she decided to record the behavior on her cellphone, and placed it in the back pocket of her jeans while she made a grilled cheese sandwich, the report says. Millie Weaver sat at the bar, Charles Weaver washed the dishes and Wince stood nearby, the report said.
The trio began picking on her, including “talking down” to her and “generally just being mean,” McCarron told deputies. Someone noticed the phone in her pocket and suggested that she was recording, the report says. The report does not identify who first made the suggestion.
McCarron said Wince told Charles Weaver to “grab her,” and the two grabbed her arms, McCarron said. Millie Weaver joined in and all three wrestled the mother to the ground, McCarron said, according to the report. McCarron said she tried to kick and punch them while they were on her.
The cellphone fell out of her pocket and someone grabbed it, the report says. McCarron then ran out of the house and said she was going to call the police. She ran to a neighbor’s house and dialed 911.
The report says that both McCarron and the neighbor saw Charles Weaver run to the edge of the woods behind the house and return almost immediately as McCarron was on the phone with deputies. McCarron suspected her son was trying to get rid of her cellphone, the report said.
The interviews
Deputies got to the home and spoke to Millie Weaver, Charles Weaver and Wince in the driveway, according to the report. Millie Weaver told deputies that her mother was mentally ill and unreliable, and had become aggressive and pulled a knife on them, the report says.

Charles Weaver confirmed to deputies that he ran to the woods. He said he was checking on a drainage issue in the yard and agreed to show them the area, the report said. The deputy noted that Charles Weaver first said he made the check about an hour before deputies arrived, before the incident involving McCarron, the report said. He later agreed that it was after the incident.
As the pair was walking, the deputy said he asked Charles Weaver why there were no footprints in the mud other than the ones they were in the process of making, and he answered only that he was “jogging” earlier, the report said. Wince told another deputy that the flooding issues were in a different part of the yard from where Charles Weaver had taken the deputy, the report said.
The deputy also asked Charles Weaver if it was odd that he chose to check on a drainage issue after McCarron ran out of the house screaming that she was going to call police, the report said. He answered that nobody thought McCarron would actually call the police. Charles Weaver later said that McCarron has a history of calling police at places she lived in the past.
The deputies confronted the trio on the inconsistencies in their stories, and said they did not believe they were telling the truth. All three insisted they were telling the truth. One of the deputies told them they could face charges based on what McCarron said, and Wince said he wanted to speak to an attorney, the report says. The deputies told Wince he was not in custody and was free to walk away at any time.

The report said the deputies told Wince several times that he was not detained in any way. The follow-up
Deputies interviewed McCarron twice – once at the neighbor’s house and then again at University Hospitals Portage Medical Center, where she was taken for evaluation as a precaution. Both times, McCarron gave quick, clear and precise answers, and her story was consistent, the report says.
Deputies spoke to the bishop at the church, who confirmed many of the details that McCarron had relayed. The report says the bishop said the last text message he received from McCarron was 26 minutes before she called 911 from the neighbor’s house.
Cellphone records obtained after the investigation also showed that McCarron had later made a phone call a few hours before the incident.
“At this time, it is suspected that Chuck, Gavin and Millie took Felicia’s phone from her by force under Gavin’s command,” the report said. “Chuck then likely disposed of Felicia’s phone at the rear of the property when he was observed running to the rear for a brief time, after Felicia left the residence to call 911, to conceal the evidence of the crime.”

I think it goes even deeper than that. I finally got off my ass about this issue yesterday and this morning because things like this don't just randomly happen without a reason where frauds like these get involved. So I went through my normal progression of research and decided what the hell, and checked WikiLeaks typing in a whole bunch of different potential names and so on. I decided to add "Maras" which is this Tore woman's original last name, well one of them since she has so many aliases. Wikileaks produced a shit load of results that all had to do with Turkey and Turkish operations and Turkish spies. One thousand results, all about that.
Now this alone doesn't mean shit because the name Maras could very well be common in Turkey. But then I got to thinking about the people involved and remembered that Millie married a Turkish agent to get him American citizenship which we have already discussed here and it just strikes me as weird that of all places Turkey comes up again surrounding her, Millie that is. First with the marriage she had to one and now WL descriptions of ops in America. The only thing I am certain about is there is a very suspicious cloud around Wince, Weaver, Tore and Bergy and despite wanting to never think about those idiots again my gut just keeps telling me I am missing something important here. None of them can be trusted that much is clear but it just feels like we are missing a bigger issue that we haven't put together.

From conservative activist Laura Loomer’s website, the story a woman named Tore Lindeman and her husband Barry Lindeman demonstrate just how ridiculous the state’s voting irregularities are, and could quite possibly be downright fraud.

I have no clue who he is and don't care if he is gay or not. All I care about is the facts and he presented the same shit we have found on Tore which shows her to be a fraud. ThisAintHell and Stolen Valor are currently looking into and about to expose her as well and their reputations are excellent so her being a fraud is pretty much universally known at this point. The mere fact she claims all these things but is unwilling to produce any paperwork to substantiate it speaks volumes but those at those two stolen valor sites have everything and plan to post them so she is done.

For what it's worth I will tell you muh feelings while watching the vid. I got right away a negative feeling of Tore, but I kept on watching. My thoughts about her were like a battle… No clue who she was and what she did in the past and what she is doing now. With Millie I felt no negativity at all.
