I have noticed that John Bon Jovi doesn't seem to age much.
The hand/forearm behind the hand in the lower right. It is a confusing structure. A right hand is shown evidently holding a dinner plate, behind (possibly) Hildebeest's hand.
The blurry one could be a rapid movement, but the light does not seem low enough to warrant a slow shutter speed, unless someone is using very-low-ISO for maximum accuracy of detail.
However, it does seem rather grainy, indicating film, not digital, as digital pictures produce digital noise, which tends to be multicolored, like oil on water, not grainy.
A cursory examination of the EXIF data reveals nothing. It's a clipboard image, after all. All cues point towards an official, allowed, film photographer at the event. "John Bon Jovi" is staring directly at the camera with no alarm. No digital cameras would not be allowed at such events, as they can be WiFi-ing the photos off-site as they are being taken. With film, the images can be held, examined, and censored, with no immediate capability to beam them elsewhere.
