The sheep have been scammed. I found that it is true hospitals get 20% bonus per COVID case reported as positive.

Democrats slipped the 20% bonus in the CARES act under the radar knowing hospitals will defraud the system to get the 20% bonus and it would generate false numbers of COVID deaths/cases.

This exploit allowed false numbers which gave the Democrats a small window to exploit the so called, "Pandemic". Orange zones in New York are looking to be zones where people voted against Andrew Cuomo and he is punishing his opposition. These zones where people are locked down the most in any state are opposition punishment, go see for yourself.
