Based on everything I know, I think I figured out what the plan is. I'm posting here to spread the message and I invite individuals to proofread.
The NCSWIC is not on our side. This claim is supported by Chris Krebs heading the CISA and how the fraud occurred. Hundreds of thousands of ballots between each state. The voter turnout suggests the votes were stolen from other states which is why only Biden was counted. This would require Interoperability which is what the NCSWIC is. This would also explain why Q is cryptic about it until the election.
Somehow, my guess is Kraken supercomputer, Trump spied on the NCSWIC. This is why he appointed Krebs, he did it as a trap.
