I was looking through Q drops and noticed the very first drop was on Oct 28, 2017. Researched the Date. Oct 29th is the Day of Security services of the MVD, which is every year. Adjusted for timezone, and it was right before Midnight in Moscow that the first Q drop was posted.

Q is the Russian Federal Security Service or former KGB. Q was used to help divide the US population.
