This company is trying to fire somebody I know for not taking the flu shot. That’s fine, but they won’t actually fire her. They’re saying her not accepting the flu shot counts as her two weeks notice and is going around telling people in the workplace that she put her two weeks in to cover their bases. In my opinion if what they did was truly right, why won’t they fire her so she can have time to look for another job. She’s worked there for 5 years no issue.
I hate that our rights are being taken away, could you guys leave a review on their Facebook page and help me out please.
The company is “Traditions child care V” in Johnston, IA.
