I didn’t know where else to go. I just stumbled on this. The election administrator for Tarrant county Texas since 2018 is Heider Garcia. Tarrant county is home to well over a million people. Heider Garcia used to work for Smartmatic, an election rigging corporation. He was high enough up there to be put in front of the Philippines congress on behalf of the company. They are Soros controlled and so I worry about the Tarrant county elections. I hope you see this Q.
