Rod Rosenstein’s sister Nancy Messonnier works in the CDC as head of National Center for Immunizations and Respiratory Diseases.

She interviewed with Ari Shapiro on NPR on March 5, 2020 and said there is still a low risk to the American public. She also blames the initial testing delay on the FDA despite other sources claiming the initial tests were contaminated because the CDC broke all of their normal protocols for making things by creating the tests inside the lab where samples of the virus were. Things are supposed to be made in the manufacturing side of their facility for this exact reason- to prevent cross-contamination.
The CDC is also the SOURCE of the Anthrax letters sent to politicians and journalists in the weeks following 9/11. Bruce Ivins, a scientist at the CDC lab in charge of Anthrax VACCINES appears to be the actual culprit. Despite multiple indications of his guilt- obvious mental problems, things said around the lab about murdering people, stalking of co-workers, having direct access to the specific vials of anthrax- the FBI completely ignored him, blamed an innocent man, botched the case entirely. In fact, it was Bruce they gave the samples to from the envelopes. Look into the case. That’s where it all started going sideways. The samples got mixed up and/or contaminated leading different scientists to have different conclusions leading to different theories.
Who helped the FBI with the Anthrax investigation at the CDC? Nancy Messonier
Who headed the FBI at the time? Robert Mueller. Did you know Rosenstein interned under Mueller when he first joined the DOJ?
Who was AG at the time of the investigation? John Ashcroft.
It is claimed that Bruce’s motive may have been to remind the world of the need for an anthrax vaccination as the military had lost interest and his project was likely to get canned. However. More likely is that this stunt was pulled because The Patriot Act was getting pushback in the Senate. Specially by Senators Daschle and Leahey who both received anthrax letters. Without any evidence to support it, the WH, Mueller & Ashcroft all claimed and/or intimated in the immediate aftermath that they were looking at AlQueda. So it was the anthrax scare on top of 9/11 that pushed The Patriot Act over the finish line.

The FBI finally admitted in 2008 that Bruce appears to have been the anthrax culprit. (He had killed himself with laced Tylenol already and was never charged). Of course, they claim he worked alone. The only real doubts about Bruce’s guilt come from the logistics of him being able to manufacture this stuff at night over a period of weeks without anyone catching on.
Also. Nancy Messonier worked on a vaccine against a bacterial meningitis that I can’t spell that had popped up in subSaharan Africa in 1995-96, killing 25,000 people. It took a few years but eventually the WHO and some others formed a coalition to produce the vaccine. Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation put up a $70 million/10 year grant to fund it. It was produced and widely distributed in 2010.
