Does the constitution provide a legal framework for just shooting them right off the top of whatever child they are raping at that moment?
If the Constitution itself does not provide protection for the Constitution, then what does?
If the people sworn to uphold the constitution are directly involved in enforcing laws and dictatorial edicts that violate it, are they not subject to violence, because they are now an enemy combatatant?
Example:
A police officer swears to defend the constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic. Then he arrests a six-year-old girl and throw her in Child Protective Services because she is really pretty, has a sexy little mouth, and her parents jaywalked or whatever, is he not subject to violence?
At what point do the traitors to the Constitution become dead former traitors to the Constitution?
I am not clear on this. I don't advocate any violence or extrajudicial justice. I have never actually read the whole Constitution, so I don't know one way or the other. For all I know it says you should immediately drop to your knees and start licking the boots of your local law enforcement official who is raping your children, you know, to keep them safe from COVID, while he's raping them.
What does the Constitution say? Surely some of you are scholars on this.
Also wondering at what point ARE you justified in using violence? When they start raping the Jewish kids? When they start raping YOU? When they send a SWAT team to the local school to round up all the children to ship them to a rape dungeon, in the name of protecting them from COVID?
When they microchip you for your own protection?
I guess I better read the constitution, because I don't know. As things are going, I expect Americans will hand over their children for forcible multi-orifice deflowering, you know, because of COVID. I expect Americans to take it up the ass, just like Canadians, Brits, and everyone else.
Curious, what is the Constitution, if it has no legal defense? If defending it is indefensible? If defending it is illegal?
How can you defend the Constitution if the people you elect (or are told were elected) constitutionally, are doing anything BUT adhering to the Constitution? Do you hold yet another election? What if THAT official then rapes the Constitution? Hold another election?
I mean, if they have such a tight hold on power that they functionally nullify the very Constitution they claim to defend, then how will the vicious circle ever be broken, when raping the Constitution is hailed as heroic, and actually defending the Constitution is punishable by imprisonment or death?
