IS TRUMP STEPPING ASIDE PART OF THE PLAN?
Been brainstorming over here. I think we can all agree that while in some respects things are moving along according to “The Plan” we’ve all been studying for a long time, there is a lot happening (and not happening) that is making our brains smoke. The whole thing feels like a Rubik’s Cube that my mind has been working on non-stop, trying to slide the right cubes into place and make sense of it all. All of a sudden it seems like the picture is getting a bit clearer, and I wanted to put some thoughts out there for some eyes on.
Consider this:
Have we (and also the bad guys) been distracted all along by Trump? We’ve gotten it in our minds that Trump is going to tweet out the message we’ve all been waiting on (“My Fellow Americans, The Storm is Upon Us”), and perhaps he is the one who will say it, but Q never actually said that POTUS would be the one. We have somehow been utterly convinced that Trump is the one who will use his executive power to save the day and keep the Deep State from taking everything over via a fraudulent election. But something inside has nagged at me for a while now, as things have progressed, that Trump is such a controversial character (thanks to the Fake News)… how would he use his executive power in the most extreme possible way and preserve optics? How would he convince people who didn’t vote for him (and possibly people who did) that he wasn’t fulfilling prophecy and going into full-on dictator mode? I know that Trump is the Commander in Chief and his role is not to be undermined, however it is also true that we are dealing with unconventional information warfare, and optics ARE vitally important to preserve the fabric of our society and nation.
We have all come to fiercely love Trump as the visual face of this operation. But are we distracted? And is the Deep State distracted? Remember, Q indicated that the Military approached Trump and asked him to run for President. Q also told us that the Military is the only way. Q asked us, “Do you trust the Military ?” and told us that this whole thing is a Military operation—“ Military planning at its finest”.
Now we have Trump preparing to leave DC and apparently step aside. We’ve all been expecting him to NOT do that. We also have a military figure, Major William Walker, dropping a comment today about “a peaceful transfer of Military power”, which I’m sure many of you saw/heard.

When I heard that comment, pieces started falling into place for me. What if Trump really is going to step aside temporarily and let the Military take center stage. What if the Military, and not POTUS, is who will brief the public about the crimes of these traitors, using Giant Voice (a Military system)? We already know that they will use Military tribunals. What if the Military holds another secure election, which will prove that POTUS won a historic landslide victory, and only then will Trump step back into his role as POTUS?
It might explain why the Deep State is as confused as we are about what is going on. It also would explain why Q put a spotlight on the movie White Squall in which the boys feel their Captain has abandoned and failed them at a pivotal moment in the story.
Maybe we’ve all been looking in the wrong direction all along, by design. If Q hadn’t taken the time to prepare us so carefully, many of us would have been completely unprepared to accept a Military takeover of our Country. Q told us that if HRC had gotten in, the Military was prepared to do the unthinkable. Maybe, that is what we are about to see.

By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, it is hereby ordered as follows:
Section 1. Purpose. American democracy operates on the principle of the consent of the governed. Regular elections for the Congress and the President and Vice President of the United States are designed to ensure that the officials responsible for making and executing the law are held accountable to the American people. The President chooses Federal agency heads who exercise executive authority and implement his regulatory agenda. The American people, in electing the President, thereby have a role in choosing the individuals who govern them.
However, some agencies have chosen to blur these lines of democratic accountability by allowing career officials to authorize, approve, and serve as the final word on regulations. This practice transfers the power to set rules governing Americans’ daily lives from the President, acting through his executive subordinates, to officials insulated from the accountability that national elections bring. This practice undermines the power of the American people to choose who governs them and I am directing steps to end it.
Sec. 2. Rulemaking by Senior Appointees. (a) To the extent permitted by law, the head of each agency shall:
(i) require that agency rules promulgated under section 553 of title 5, United States Code (section 553), must be signed by a senior appointee; and
(ii) require that only senior appointees may initiate the rulemaking process for agency rules promulgated under section 553 or may approve the agency’s regulatory agenda.
(b) Subsection (a) of this section shall not apply if the agency head:
(i) determines that compliance with this section would impede public safety or security; and
(ii) submits to the Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs (Administrator) within the Office of Management and Budget a notification disclosing the reasons for the exemption and publishes such notification, consistent with public safety, security, and privacy interests, in the Federal Register.
(c) An agency head may not delegate authority to make the determination allowed by subsection (b) of this section.
(d) The head of each agency shall ensure that the issuance of future agency rules promulgated under section 553 adheres to the requirements of this section.
Sec. 3. Review of Existing Delegations of Rulemaking Authority. Within 180 days of the date of this order, the head of each agency shall, to the extent permitted by law:
(a) review delegations of authority regarding rulemaking and make any revisions necessary to ensure that such delegations are consistent with section 2 of this order; and
(b) amend agency regulations governing agency management and procedure to incorporate the requirements of section 2 of this order.
Sec. 4. Review of Existing Rules. (a) Within 90 days of the date of this order, the head of each agency shall review all significant rules the agency has issued over the last 12 years, and any other rules identified by the Administrator, to determine whether the rule was issued by a senior appointee. For good cause shown, the Administrator may authorize an extension of the period within which an agency shall conduct such review.
(b) Within 120 days of the date of this order, the head of each agency shall provide a report to the President, through the Administrator, summarizing the findings of the review. For good cause shown, the Administrator may authorize an extension of the deadline to provide such report.
