State-sponsored Chinese hackers have infiltrated critical US infrastructure networks, the United States, its Western allies and Microsoft said Wednesday while warning that similar espionage attacks could be occurring globally.

Microsoft highlighted Guam, a US territory in the Pacific Ocean with a vital military outpost, as one of the targets, but said “malicious” activity had also been detected elsewhere in the United States.

The stealthy attack — carried out by a China-sponsored actor dubbed “Volt Typhoon” since mid-2021 — enabled long-term espionage and was likely aimed at hampering the United States if there was conflict in the region, it said.

“Microsoft assesses with moderate confidence that this Volt Typhoon campaign is pursuing development of capabilities that could disrupt critical communications infrastructure between the United States and Asia region during future crises,” the statement said.

“In this campaign, the affected organizations span the communications, manufacturing, utility, transportation, construction, maritime, government, information technology, and education sectors.”

Microsoft’s statement coincided with an advisory released by US, Australian, Canadian, New Zealand and UK authorities warning that the hacking was likely occurring globally.

“This activity affects networks across US critical infrastructure sectors, and the authoring agencies believe the actor could apply the same techniques against these and other sectors worldwide,” they said.

China denied the allegations, describing the Microsoft report as “extremely unprofessional” and “scissors-and-paste work”.

“It is clear that this is a collective disinformation campaign of the Five Eyes coalition countries, initiated by the US for its geopolitical purposes,” foreign ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning said, referring to the security alliance of the United States and its Western allies that wrote the report.

“The participation of certain companies shows that aside from government organisations, the US is expanding new channels for disseminating disinformation,” she said.

“But no change in tactics can alter the fact that the US is a hacker empire.”

– ‘Living off the land’ –

The United States and its allies said the activities involved “living off the land” tactics, which take advantage of built-in network tools to blend in with normal Windows systems.

It warned that the hacking could then incorporate legitimate system administration commands that appear “benign”.

Microsoft said the Volt Typhoon attack tried to blend into normal network activity by routing traffic through compromised small office and home office network equipment, including routers, firewalls and VPN hardware.

“They have also been observed using custom versions of open-source tools,” Microsoft said.

Microsoft and the security agencies released guidelines for organisations to try to detect and counter the hacking.

“It’s what I would term a low and slow cyber activity,” said Alastair MacGibbon, chief strategy officer at Australia’s CyberCX and a former head of the Australian Cyber Security Centre.

“This is someone wearing a camouflage vest and carrying a sniper rifle. You don’t see them, they’re not there,” he told AFP.

“When you think about something that can really cause catastrophic harm, it is someone with intent who takes time to get into systems.”

Once inside, the cyber attackers can steal information, he said. “But it also gives you the ability to carry out destructive acts at a later stage.”

– ‘Highly sophisticated’ –

A number of other governments had found similar activity since the Volt Typhoon alert was issued, said Robert Potter, co-founder of Australian cybersecurity firm Internet 2.0.

“I am not sure how communications infrastructure would be at risk from these attacks because those networks are highly resilient and difficult to bring down for more than small intervals,” Potter told AFP.

“However, the ongoing threat from China-based APT (advanced persistent threat) groups is real.”

The director of the US Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, Jen Easterly, said China had been stealing intellectual property and data worldwide for years.

“Today’s advisory, put out in conjunction with our US and international partners, reflects how China is using highly sophisticated means to target our nation’s critical infrastructure,” Easterly said.

Independent journalist Glenn Greenwald claims that mainstream media journalists are forced to disseminate CIA propaganda in order to remain employed and successful.

During his “System Update” broadcast on Rumble, Greenwald pointed out how “Journalists who spread conspiracy theories that the CIA wants them to spread get promoted, and the journalists who question the conspiracy theories of the CIA get destroyed.”

“It’s not prohibited in American corporate journalism to spread false stories and conspiracy theories,” Greenwald declared, adding “In fact, that’s the only way you can thrive in journalism.”

“The people who have lied the most, and who spread the most conspiracy theories, are the ones who have been promoted and enriched most within corporate journalism.”

“The difference is, the way to advance in journalism is to tell lies and spread conspiracy theories on behalf of the CIA, and that advance the interests of the U.S. government. That is not only permitted. That is required to be promoted,” Greenwald continued.

“What you can’t do, the thing that [Seymour] Hersh did that got him expelled from journalism, is he spread what are called conspiracy theories that are against the narrative of the U.S. security state, that undermined U.S. foreign policy. That is the only thing that is prohibited. That’s what gets you kicked out of journalism.”

Summit.news reports: Greenwald was referring to Hersh’s reporting on the destruction of Russia’s Nord Stream pipeline, which the veteran journalist is adamant was a coordinated operation by U.S. intelligence.

Greenwald continued, “As long as the conspiracy theories you’re affirming and the false stories you’re publishing are aligned with what the CIA, Pentagon, and the entire rest of the corporate media says, you’re fine. In fact, you’re better than fine. You’re going to have all kinds of rewards lavished upon you.”

Greenwald then cited the example of editor-in-chief of The Atlantic, Jeffrey Goldberg, who “did more [than anyone] to spread the false conspiracy theories that led to the Iraq War,” and “also became ground zero for every Russiagate fraud.”

Greenwald further proclaimed that Goldberg “was rewarded… as a result of the lying he did on behalf of the U.S. security state.”

The journalist went on a further deep dive into the example of the 2001 anthrax attacks, which he posits is a prime example of how “people in the CIA, FBI, and DHS know they can lie to the media on purpose without any accountability because they do so while hiding behind the shield of anonymity.”

“Even if you know they lied, the media will protect these liars, people who are deceiving America on purpose through the use of their media platforms,” Greenwald further charged.

Joe Biden infamously bragged about his “$1 billion loan guarantee” quid-pro-quo meeting that took place in December 2015 in Ukraine. Joe couldn’t help bragging about getting the prosecutor investigating Burisma, Viktor Shokin, fired years later in a Council on Foreign Relations panel. In his boastings, Biden also implicated then-President Obama in that exchange: “You have no authority…you’re not the President…” to which Biden smugly replied “Call him.”

But more shocking than this admission are emails that strongly suggest Hunter Biden’s involvement in this effort to “close down for [sic] any cases/pursuits against Nikolay [Zlochevsky] in Ukraine.” The following outlines a thorough investigation by Badlands Media co-founder Jon Herold:

Sally Painter, a former Clinton administration senior advisor from 1993-1995 and co-founder/COO of Blue Star Strategies, reached out to Hunter Biden in a February 2011 email asking if Hunter would consider a position on the board of the Truman National Security Project.

A month later, Painter emailed Hunter back and said “U were a big hit as expected…I think you will get the actual offer in the next three weeks.” Jake Sullivan, the current National Security Advisor, would later join the Truman National board in 2017. This email string and the subsequent offer lay the foundation of Painter’s relationship with Hunter predating this incredible discovery.

Fast forward to October 2015. “Joan Mayer” of Rosemont Seneca emailed Hunter and Eric Schwerin a schedule for the next week that included the line “*HOLD- Breakfast with Devon, Vadym & Sally Painter- TBD”. “Vadym” refers to Vadym Pozharskyi, the “fixer” for shady oligarchs, according to a New York Post article in October 2020. Vadym had previously asked Hunter “how you could use your influence to convey a message…to stop what we consider to be politically motivated actions” regarding Burisma’s leader and on going investigations.

About a week later on October 31, 2015, Hunter’s former partner, Devon Archer, would forward an email from Blue Star Strategies to Vadym, Hunter, and Schwerin. Sally Painter was Cc’d on the original email. The subject reads “Revised Burisma Proposal, Contract and Invoice.” While the contract itself is not available for download, the context of the follow-up emails strongly suggests a “pay for play” operation immediately before Joe Biden’s famous “Son-of-a-bitch was fired” trip to Ukraine.

Within days, Vadym replied back to Archer, Schwerin, and Hunter with the following:

The government is caught on camera in numerous videos published by The Gateway Pundit using deadly force against unarmed protesters. In footage published last week by TGP, cops are seen sniping rubber bullets and sting balls from an incline on the Capitol Steps and throwing flash grenades at the moderately calm protesters who knocked over a back rack security barrier as they approached the Capitol building.

The witnesses omitted details about the lethal force cops used against protesters as they testified about how they are still haunted by the Capitol riot.

Capitol Police Officer Harry Dunn claims he is, “Still dealing with threats against my life and the lives of my loved ones for simply doing my job on January 6.”

“Why am I and my fellow officers still called liars and traitors?” Dunn told the judge. “Why must I suffer two and a half years later? While I will always live with the mental scars of January 6, I find a measure of relief in the jury’s guilty verdict: relief that my fellow officers and I did not suffer in vain; relief that what I was protecting on January 6 was worth defending; and relief that, in the end, our American system of justice prevailed and thus Court will administer accountability.”

A 35-year-old woman from Washington who reportedly told police she identifies as a 15-year-old boy was charged with ‘unlawful harboring of minors’.

Amanda Dorrough was charged with ‘unlawful harboring of minors’ after the Vice President of Port Angeles High School contacted authorities that two students approached him and told him that Dorrough planned to run away with several teens.

The vice principal also reported to authorities that Dorrough hung out with eight students at a local gully.

The charges against Dorrough for ‘unlawful harboring of minors’ was later dropped and replaced with one count of distribution of a controlled substance.

Dorrough was taken into custody on May 4, the drug charges were brought the following day, and she made bail on May 14. She was adamant in identifying as a 15-year-old and had previously told an officer that she was also a boy. In the weeks that led up to her arrest, police received eleven calls alleging she had acted inappropriately towards minors.

One of the students who hung out with Dorrough told authorities that she had acted “kind of weird toward him” and was often “pedophile-ish.” He explained that she had told him she liked him, and when he didn’t reciprocate, she nearly killed herself.

Biden Picks Air Force Chief Charles Q. Brown as Top US General

President Joe Biden has picked U.S. Air Force Chief General Charles Quinton Brown to become the top U.S. military officer, the White House said on Wednesday, elevating a former fighter pilot with experience in the Pacific at a time of rising tensions with China.

Brown will be the second black officer to become chair of the Joint Chiefs of Staff after Colin Powell two decades ago.

Biden’s official schedule for Wednesday read: “In the afternoon, the president will announce his intent to nominate General Charles Q. Brown, Jr. to serve as the next chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.”

The move follows Biden’s appointment of Lloyd Austin as the first black U.S. Secretary of Defense—the top civilian position at the Pentagon.

According to a senior Biden administration official, Austin had recommended Brown for the position, as he believed Brown has a good understanding of “the strategic challenges the United States faces around the world.”

“He helped build and lead the air campaign against ISIS. He is deeply versed in the challenges posed by the PRC (Peoples Republic of China). And he has a strong understanding of our NATO allies’ perspectives and capabilities,” the official said.

Brown, a self-described introvert, will replace outgoing Trump appointee Army General Mark Milley, who has served since 2019 as the 20th chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.

Brown was born in 1962 into a military family in San Antonio, Texas. He began his military career in the U.S. Air Force, and quickly rose to become fighter squadron commander. He clocked more than 2,900 flying hours, including 130 combat hours, and even earned a spot as an F-16 flight instructor at the Air Force Weapons School—an elite aerial fighting school similar to the Navy’s TOPGUN.

In 2013, Brown was promoted to major general. Two years later, he was appointed to the United States Air Forces Central Command (USAFCENT), tasked with overseeing coalition air operations against the ISIS terrorist group in the Middle East.

From 2018 to 2020, Brown served as commander of the U.S. Air Force in the Pacific, which provided him with a good perspective on China’s rapidly strengthening military—an issue likely to loom large over his four-year term as chair.

Heather Wilson, who was secretary of the Air Force at the time, praised Brown’s leadership style and experience in the Pacific.

“He’s thoughtful, respected by his peers and subordinates, and will provide steady leadership and good advice for the country,” she said.

His Senate confirmation vote was 98-0.

In the wake of the 2020 killing of George Floyd, Brown posted an emotional video online discussing his own experiences in the military.

He remembered how, during his Air Force career, he was often the only African American in the team or, as a senior officer, in the room. “I’m thinking about wearing the same flight suit with the same wings on my chest as my peers and being questioned by another military member: ‘Are you a pilot?’”

Brown also spoke of “being told by other African Americans that I wasn’t black enough since I was spending more time with my squadron than with them.”

European Commission Admits to Handing Millions in Tax Cash to ‘Far-Left’ NGOs

The European Commission has admitted to handing millions in taxes to a variety of NGOs, leading to accusations Europe is paying for itself to be lobbied by “far-left… radical” groups.

European Commissioner for Budget and Administration Johannes Hahn has admitted that the EU funds a wide variety of NGOs residing on the far-left of the political spectrum to the tune of millions of taxpayers’ hard-earned euros. The revelation led one European lawmaker to tell Breitbart News the revealed payments are sustaining a left-wing echo chamber in Brussels, saying: “The EU is creating and financing its own advocacy and activist groups so they can artificially weigh in on EU decision-making”.

The admission came in response to a written question to the European Commission signed by several MEPs within the right-leaning Identity and Democracy and European Conservatives and Reformists groups.

In a statement on the matter published on Tuesday, Commissioner Hahn admitted that the EU hands millions in funding to a wide variety of left-wing groups, with the bloc giving over €4.5 million to ‘No Peace without Justice’ — a group originating from the so-called ‘Transnational Radical Party’ — and over half-a-million to “Droit au Droit”, who profess to campaign for “marginalised groups”.

The Commission claims to have had no meetings with ‘No Peace Without Justice ‘, despite the multi-million payout.

Hahn failed to reveal how much the EU hands to the likes of Amnesty International and George Soros-Linked Open Society Foundation, arguing that there are numerous NGOs registered with the union operating under those names.

The European Union’s own websites appear to reveal that organisations linked with both groups received over €10 million in funding each in a period ranging from 2014 to 2021.

A group of former officials who served in the Trump administration are planning to support Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis in his campaign for the Republican presidential nomination in 2024.

The group of at least 100 people calls itself “The Eight-Year Alliance,” according to Fox News, saying they want a candidate who can serve for eight years, which would be two terms in office.

The group said it wants to avoid former President Donald Trump “immediately becoming a lame-duck president.”

DeSantis is “a proven winner,” a source connected with the group told Fox News, and a leader who “does what he says.”

Fox News said it does not have the roster of the group, but said it includes former Acting Associate Attorney General Jesse Panuccio, former Special Assistant to the Secretary of Defense Will Bushman, former Counselor to the Secretary and White House Liaison at the Department of Labor Pedro Allende, former Senior Counsel and Senior Advisor to the Secretary of Commerce James Uthmeier and former Principal Deputy General Counsel at the Department of Commerce David Dewhirst.

The sources told Fox News they were “proud” to serve with Trump when he tried to “shake things up” but have now moved on to DeSantis.

Republicans opposing Trump is nothing new. Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign saw the rise of a “never Trump” movement led by Sen. Mitt Romney of Utah. In 2020, multiple Republicans had were affiliated with the Trump administration endorsed President Joe Biden, according to Forbes.

DeSantis focused on what a two-term president could accomplish in terms of the Supreme Court during a speech to the National Religious Broadcasters Convention, according to The Washington Post.

DeSantis further teased the possibility that two members of the court’s liberal wing — Obama appointees Justice Sonia Sotomayor and Justice Elena Kagan might retire in the court of the next two terms.

Armed officers descended on Whitehall after a car crashed into the gates of Downing Street.

The Met said a man was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage and dangerous driving, but the incident is not being treated as terror related.

One witness said he saw officers pointing Tasers at a man, who was held "face to the floor" as he was detained.

No one was injured in the incident. No 10 has confirmed Rishi Sunak was in Downing Street at the time.

The area in Whitehall, the main road which runs through the heart of several government offices, was partially evacuated following the incident at 16:20 BST.

The road has since reopened to traffic but police tape remains in place at the scene and the car is still there.

Officers have been seen searching the vehicle and removing a mobile phone in an evidence bag. Sniffer dogs were also spotted at the scene.

Witness Simon Parry, 44, said he heard a "bang" and saw police pointing Tasers at a man.

"A lot of police vehicles came very quickly and were very quick to evacuate the area," he told PA news agency.

On July 31, 2014, President Barack Obama nominated Mehta to serve as a United States District Judge of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, to the seat vacated by Judge Ellen Segal Huvelle, who took senior status on June 3, 2014.[5] He received a hearing before the United States Senate Committee on the Judiciary on September 17, 2014.[6] On November 20, 2014 his nomination was reported out of committee by voice vote.[7] On December 13, 2014 Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid filed a motion to invoke cloture on the nomination. On December 16, 2014, Reid withdrew his cloture motion on Mehta's nomination, and the Senate proceeded to vote to confirm Mehta in a voice vote.[8] He received his federal judicial commission on December 19, 2014.[4]On June 1, 2021, Chief Justice John Roberts appointed Mehta to the United States Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.[9]

In May 2019, Mehta ruled that accounting firm Mazars had to provide its records of Donald Trump's accounts from before his presidency to the House Oversight Committee in response to their subpoena.[10]In a 41-page opinion, he asserted that Congress has the right to investigate potential illegal behavior by a president, including actions both before and after the president assumed office.[11] The ruling will be appealed by Trump's personal legal team.[11]

In July 2019, Mehta sided with the pharmaceutical firms Merck & Co., Eli Lilly & Co., and Amgen Inc. by blocking a Trump administration rule requiring drugmakers to put prices in television ads, a central part of the president's push to lower the cost of prescription medications. The goal of the rule was to increase transparency; Mehta ruled that requiring big pharmaceutical companies to disclose prices to consumers in television advertisements was something that could be done only by the Department of Health and Human Services if mandated by Congress.[12]

As of 2022, Mehta is presiding over several cases related to the January 6 United States Capitol attack. He has charge of the criminal prosecution of Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes for seditious conspiracy.[13] He is also presiding over three civil lawsuits against former President Donald Trump and multiple associates, in which several congress members and two police officers are suing for damages for physical and emotional injuries they allegedly incurred during the attacks. On February 18, 2022, Mehta issued a lengthy opinion that rejected Trump's claim of "absolute immunity" from lawsuits, finding that his actions were not part of his presidential duties, and that there was plausible evidence to suggest he engaged in a conspiracy with organized groups to use any means, including violence, to overturn the results of the 2020 election. The opinion allows the case to proceed, with the plaintiffs demanding documents, depositions, and other evidence from Trump and members of the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys. Mehta dropped several other co-defendants from the suit, including Rudy Giuliani, Donald Trump Jr., and Representative Mo Brooks.[14

The US Virgin Islands attorney general's office filed the lawsuit against JP Morgan in December, alleging the financial institution "pulled the levers" of Epstein's sex-trafficking operation. Epstein died in a Manhattan jail in 2019 while awaiting trial on sex-trafficking charges, and his longtime associate Ghislaine Maxwell was convicted in 2021 for trafficking girls to him to rape.

IN-DEPTH: Child Sex Traffickers Are Victimizing Children Across the US

On any given day—in communities across the nation—thousands of children are being victimized by sex traffickers.

In 2022, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) received 31.9 million reports of suspected child sexual exploitation—up from 29.3 million reports in 2021 and 21.7 million in 2020. NCEMC is a national nonprofit founded in 1984 by John and Revé Walsh, whose son Adam, 6, was abducted from a department store in Florida in 1981. The boy was later found murdered.

Many are unaware that child sex trafficking is a growing problem in the United States, regarding it as an issue occurring in other countries. But the reality is that this problem happens every day—close to home—in big cities, small towns, and rural areas in every state.

And it could be happening right next door.

Children at Risk

Child sex trafficking is the “recruitment, harboring, transportation, provision, obtaining, patronizing, or soliciting of a minor for the purpose of a commercial sex act,” according to federal law.

“No child is immune to becoming a victim of child sex trafficking, regardless of the child’s race, age, socioeconomic status, or location, and every child involved in this form of commercial sexual exploitation is a victim.”

The majority of missing child reports involve children who run away from home, putting them at a high risk of falling prey to sex traffickers, Staca Shehan, vice president of analytical services at NCEMC, told The Epoch Times in an interview.

Last year, there were 359,094 entries for missing children entered into the FBI’s National Crime Information Center (NCIC). In 2021, there were 337,195 total entries. The number of entries represents the number of reports, meaning a child who runs away multiple times in that year could be recorded multiple times.

In 2022, NCEMC assisted law enforcement, families, and child welfare with 27,644 missing children cases.

One in six runaways who were reported missing were likely victims of child sex trafficking, according to data collected by the organization.

“The numbers that we have remained consistent the past few years,” Shehan said. “One in six of the more than 25,000 cases of children reported missing to the national center in 2022, who had run away, were likely victims of child sex trafficking.

Children living in group homes or those who have been part of the child welfare system are “extremely” susceptible to recruitment by traffickers, Shehan said.

“Traffickers have been known to find where the local group home is and hang out outside, Shehan said. “[They’re] looking to engage and start conversations and start to recruit kids for victimization through trafficking.”

Social media, online gaming sites, and other seemingly innocuous websites are frequently used by perpetrators for recruiting.

“[The child] is playing a video game and meets somebody on that game,” Katia Gonzalez of Alliance for Children in Tarrant County told The Epoch Times. “They’re engaging on that site, and that person asks them to switch to a more dangerous site like Snapchat.”

Messages on Snapchat disappear after 24 hours, making it difficult to track your child’s activity, Gonzalez explained.

She said the adult would often say things like, “I really have a great time with you” as a way of building a relationship with the child and gaining their trust.

Many times, children do not realize that they have been exploited because they trusted the adult who victimized them, Gonzalez said, adding that parents should take notice if their child suddenly has money or things they did not buy for them or they become secretive.

Other risk factors include youth who have a history of mental health issues, drug use, sexual abuse, low self-esteem, poor academics, and minimal social support, according to the National Center of Safe Supportive Learning Environments (NCSSLE).

A 15-year-old girl in Arizona went to a high school football game where she “met a friendly 20-year-old woman,” a trafficking researcher wrote on the NCSSLE website. They began chatting, and soon the woman ran across the street to buy the teen girl a cell phone. But the gift came with a catch.

Ringleader orchestrated gang’s criminal activities from behind bars

An international law enforcement operation coordinated by Europol has resulted in the arrest of 37 members of a highly violent criminal cell from the Western Balkans. Led by a national of Bosnia & Herzegovina, this powerful criminal cell was mainly involved in the large-scale trafficking of drugs and firearms across Europe.

n 24 May, a series of raids were carried out simultaneously across Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium and Germany against the members of this gang. These actions were coordinated from a command post in Zagreb, Croatia, with the support of Europol officers deployed on-the-ground.

A total of 37 suspects were arrested over the course of the investigation, including the gang’s ringleader – a national from Bosnia & Herzegovina considered as a high-value target by Europol and currently serving a 4 year-long prison sentence in Italy. Out of these 37 suspects, 15 were arrested as a result of the action day this week.

Emails Show Ron Wyden’s Office Lied About IRS Whistleblower ‘Backing Out’ Of Senate Meeting

A spokesman for Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Ore., falsely claimed the Hunter Biden IRS whistleblower had “backed out” of an agreement to meet with the Senate Finance Committee next week, the whistleblower’s attorneys told The Federalist.

“It’s disappointing Senator Wyden’s staff is playing partisan games by releasing inaccurate information,” said the legal team representing the whistleblower, who was identified as Gary Shapley during a CBS interview Wednesday. “As emails show, our client didn’t ‘back out’ of anything because there was never anything to back out of.”

On Wednesday, CNN reported the Senate Finance Committee’s claims, quoting Wyden’s spokesman, Ryan Carey, saying, “Committee staff on both sides agreed with counsel to meet directly with the whistleblower next week, however the whistleblower has since backed out of that agreement and declined an attempt to reschedule.” Carey added that “Chairman Wyden’s staff stand ready to arrange a meeting on terms that comply with laws protecting taxpayer data and ensure a fair and rigorous investigation.”

CNN later updated the article to include a detailed denial of the staffer’s claim by Shapley’s legal team.

Emails obtained by The Federalist between Shapley’s lawyers and Wyden’s staff confirm the whistleblower’s version of events.

On Friday, May 19, 2023, Mark Lytle, Shapley’s Nixon Peabody lawyer, arranged for a conference call between the whistleblower’s legal team and Wyden’s office to discuss logistics for their client to sit for a transcribed deposition. The next email in the thread came from a Wyden staffer the day after Lytle and his co-counsel Tristan Leavitt, the president of Empower Oversight, had dispatched their May 22 letter to the chairs and ranking members of the Senate Finance Committee, the House Ways and Means Committee, and the Senate and House Judiciary Committees, as well as Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley’s office.

In their May 22 letter, the whistleblower’s legal team summarized their version of what had transpired. They also noted that they had informed the Senate Finance Committee’s staff that Shapley would testify before the House Ways and Means Committee on Friday, May 26, and reiterated their preference for a single joint interview or, at minimum, an interview the previous day, May 25.

“Unfortunately, the Finance Committee would not commit to a date consecutive to the House interview as an accommodation to our client’s concerns, as the staff had previously offered,” the letter stressed. Wyden’s staffers also refused to commit to an interview the Tuesday after the long Memorial Day weekend. The Senate Finance Committee’s political game-playing prompted the whistleblower’s attorneys to move forward with the House interview.

It was only then that Wyden’s office attempted to commit to an interview with the whistleblower before the Senate Finance Committee. In doing so, the staffer sent an email that both ignored Shapley’s letter and misrepresented the prior communications, the whistleblower’s legal team confirmed.

The email communications back up those claims, with the whistleblower’s legal team writing that during their Friday call, Wyden’s office “would not commit to *either* Thursday or the following Tuesday after the holiday.”

“We asked you to reconsider Thursday and you offered to check on logistics for Tuesday, expressing doubt that you could get a court reporter,” the email continued. “We did not hear from you over the weekend or Monday, and thus sent the letter articulating our position and the reasons for it.”

This sounds like utter BS to me. There’s absolutely nothing about this painting that refers to Russia, Ukraine, war, or anything related. Paintings do not require a tweet to explain their meaning. The meaning is conveyed by what exists within the painting. And what millions of people are seeing is a sick and deeply disturbed “artist” who took the time to paint child rape in the most graphic way possible.

Furthermore, the “iT’s aBouT uKraIne” excuse doesn’t explain another important fact: Miriam Cahn painted hundreds of horrific paintings, way before the Ukraine war.

Here’s the dark truth about this situation: Paintings by Miriam Cahn depict the occult elite’s obsession with control, torture and the systematic abuse of children. Her style of painting is eerily similar to artists such as Kim Noble (a victim of Monarch mind control) which also depict horrific abuse in a distinctive style that’s childish yet deeply disturbing.

Proof That Google Is Covering Up Evidence of the Conspiracy Between the Government and Hospitals During the COVID-19 Scamdemic to Kill People by Putting Them on Ventilators

When people were hospitalized for alleged COVID-19 disease, they were killed from secondary infections brought on by the use of mechanical ventilators.

I watched an Instagram video in which the narrator referred to an article explaining that “nearly all COVID-19 patients who died in hospital during the early phase of the pandemic were killed as a direct result of being put on a ventilator.”

I wanted to read that article. I did a Google search using the beginning quoted subtitle “nearly all covid-19 patients who died in hospitals” as the search term. But the Google search turned up zero (0) results. I then did a search using the same search term on Yandex, and the search result showed the article in question as the first result. That is clear proof that Google is concealing the killing of COVID-19 patients by hospitals using ventilators.

The article appearing in The People’s Voice, cited a study in The Journal of Clinical Investigation. The Peoples Voice article revealed:

So while COVID-19 may have put these patients in the hospital, it was actually a secondary infection brought on by the use of a mechanical ventilator that caused their deaths.

Dr. Peterson Pierre, M.D., confirms what Minnesota State Senator and Dr. Scott Jensen, M.D., revealed. Senator Jensen explains that hospital administrations have an incentive to diagnose and treat a person for COVID-19. The system is financially skewed toward diagnosing and treating COVID-19 even though the patient may not actually be ill from COVID-19. The patients may be in the hospital for an entirely different reason, but if they test positive for COVID-19 or they are diagnosed as having COVID-19 then the hospital hits the financial jackpot and can begin raking in the financial windfall from the federal government through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (CARES Act).

For example, a hospital is reimbursed $5,000 for ordinary pneumonia under Medicare. But under the CARES Act, the hospital can charge the federal government $13,000 if that same person tests positive for COVID-19 or is diagnosed as having COVID-19. Although the patient is being treated for pneumonia, he is put on the COVID-19 billing rolls. If the patient is subsequently put on a ventilator, the payment from the federal government through the CARES Act goes up to $39,000.

Please understand that mechanical ventilation is a dangerous last-resort treatment. Studies have shown that between 66% and 86% of COVID-19 patients placed under mechanical ventilation die. One study reported that 31 of 32 (97%) mechanically ventilated COVID-19 patients died.
