The episode didn't piss me off---it was simply boring and disappointing like mulp has been for years now. The fact people liked it even though it was cliched as fuck and could have been much better written/directed, pissed me off. I could barely sit through it.

The episode was more than adequate by pony standards. Honestly, I have no fucking idea how the people that complain about newer seasons being shit could have ever enjoyed the first two seasons. Nostalgia is one hell of a drug, I guess.
