The actual time to bring in glimmer with her job as a guidance counselor and the writer didnt use it. Maybe they felt like they already did that with cosey glow. It's up to Twilight Sparkle to decide whether Friendship is Proprietary (tm). Or she could collect royalties on the sale of the worksheets (might not be the best for PR, but she's likely well within her rights to do so). Or, you know, maybe friendship should be in the public domain, and any pony has the right to freely read, copy, modify (with notice) and distribute her book as he or she pleases. For one thing, it would immediately put pressure on Flim and Flam to either close up shop or start actually producing some original teaching material, since ponies can acquire and read a proper fleshed-out copy of their current material for free. This actually seems like the most friendship-y thing to do, since it would essentially allow any pony to do what Flim and Flam are doing now (teaching friendship), except it would permanently destroy the thought that you could profit off teaching friendship in a shitty manner. This would be far more effective at achieving the goal of spreading friendship literally everywhere than just isolating it inside a school in Ponyville.

The worst part about this is that bluefast and whorehorse are fully OOC in the episode, once again showing that the writers only pretend to watch the show.

Aside from that, the episode was pretty okay tbqh. Dash and Rares get handed the OOC ball for the first two thirds of the EP for the sake of the plot, and the episode is resolved by just pulling off the OOC ball from the two. Diversity cast and glimmer is mostly there as strawmen and plot devices respectively, so at the end of the day it's a standard S3+ bad writing episode, with nothing to be glad or mad for.

Only thing of note is the door at the end of the episode; the Chekrov's gun for the season finale, which I am sure no one here is looking forward to.
