Itt we develop /pone/'s list of perfectly kino episodes so I can make a list of 'em for people who want to catch up on the seasons but only want to watch the good parts. We're starting with season 6 because I know a bunch of you fags haven't finished it yet so it's probably the most relevant. Either just shout out what your favorite episodes of the season were, or I made a form here

with all 26 episodes that you can rank as "must see", "must avoid", or "meh". Remember that must see episodes should be the ones that really stand out to you as capturing the essence of pony and all that good feelsy crap or whatever. After we get a decent number of responses for season 6, we'll go backwards from five to one and I'll make a chart of this board's favorite and least favorite episodes, with any episode receiving 90% or more favorable reviews being listed as certified kino.

"To Where and Back Again" was easily the best season finale since "The Best Night Ever," although it does not exactly face stiff competition for that honor. Too bad about the gay rainbow deer, though.

I know what you mean. There are a few choice episodes between "MMMMystery on the Friendship Express" and "Canterlot Boutique," but it hardly feels worth it to wade through everything else. That makes it easy to overlook the gems like "Maud Pie" and "Apploosa's Most Wanted" when you feel like watching ponies.

I wish there were some more choices for the survey because there's a few episodes that aren't "must watch" but aren't shitty enough to be "meh". I'm pretty surprised that there were more decent episodes in season 6 than I remember though.

I liked it. It was a fun little Cutie Mark Crusaders episode that was not just OMGcutiemarkspecialtalent, and it let them be their usual stupid, destructive selves.

I thought Maud Pie was an excellent episode, with an always relevant moral and nice humor, pacing, and execution, but Apploosa I can take or leave. It was meh.
