One of these days I will be more than happy to tell you the entire story about the time my ex-wife and I saw a levitating craft up close…

Unfortunately for you, today is that day

it was November 1997 when Anji saw something in the sky when she looked out our window down in Macon, Georgia.

We had woken up early, and I was making breakfast. it was still dark outside, but the sun was literally just about to start breaking in the sky, when she said " what the fuck is that? Come look at this!"

There was a radio tower about a mile away from us, the type that has a red light slowly blinking throughout the night…

up at the top of the tower, Anji had seen an undulating illuminated orb, that was spinning around the top of the radio tower at a fast rate…

I know this is hard to picture just by reading my words, but imagine an object spinning really fast around the top of the radio tower, equilateral to the red light on top, but while the object fun in circles, it also seemed to undulate within itself….

"come look at this!"…… I did…..

and in that first millisecond, my brain was looking for a logical explanation, and I said "that's just a helicop……"

I never even finished the word "helicopter", and the object's spinning came to a sudden stop, as if the object "was aware that I had noticed it"…

I realize this sounds really psycho but this is 100% true

THE OBJECT SOMEHOW KNEW WE HAD BECOME AWARE OF IT.

It sat perfectly still, levitating in the air off to the side of the radio tower…

we stood there perfectly still, awestruck, silent

and that'd when I realized the object had somehow approached us, without us being able to tell it was moving

Imagine looking in a straight line at something, and it seems to be sitting completely still, but it has somehow got closer and closer to you, Without You realizing it, because from your perspective it appeared to be sitting in one place…

All I know is suddenly the object was no longer up by the top of the radio tower

And now it was actually above the trees across the street from our house

At that point, Anji and I bolted out the front door, down our front steps, and down into the street as the object slowly moved from behind the trees to directly above our heads in the open sky above the street

MAINTAIN SKEPTICISM:

RULE NUMBER ONE

One has to remain skeptical, especially at moments like these, or one will lose all credibility…

I had to exercise methodical scrutiny, going down a checklist to determine whether the object was of man-made origin :

Looking for vents or ports or rivets or panels or lights or any other number of human manufacturer signatures

There were no ports or vents, no panels, no rivets, no doors, no access panels for landing gear, no lights, no windows or modular segments for that matter

It was approximately 45 ft directly above me, and I had a really good opportunity to study it, and I could see it seem to be made out of one surface, and the only outstanding feature was the three spirals of illuminated plasma underneath the object

If you're familiar with the weatherman's hurricane graphic symbol they use on television news, then imagine a similar spiral with three Tails instead of two

But these spirals were obviously electrostatically charged plasma, very similar to what one might see when Mercury Vapors are not correctly distributed in a neon tube and the Neon does a snaking effect.

But these were not in tubes. It was glowing fog, in spiral shapes.

There were three of these identical spiral shapes spinning at the base of the object

As those three spirals spun on their axis, the entire object itself was also slowly rotating, as could be detected by the movement of the three spirals.

One might expect an audible Corona discharge from electrostatically charged plasma spirals, but there was no sound whatsoever. No humming. No electrical noises, no sound whatsoever

She and I watched it the object as it came out from behind the tops of the trees, and slowly moved directly over our heads

As it moved to the other side of the street suddenly the entire base of the object took on a pink glow, almost like a pink fog suddenly appeared underneath the base of the circular object

And as insane as this sounds, as the pink fog faded from underneath the object, the entire object faded and vanished.

By this time there was already the first beams of sunlight in the atmosphere as morning had just begun

She and I stood there in the street silently looking up at the sky and the object had literally vanished along with the pink glow…

And my gut instinct told me what I had just seen was not necessarily aliens, but actually humans traveling through time rather than through outer space

For some reason I still have the gut feeling what I was looking at was of human origin from the future

and yes…. I burned the breakfast

HINT:

You'll never learn anything by watching stupid predictable gossipy ancient alien garbage television shows

I would suggest you spend more time looking at the sky because you probably miss actual events on a regular basis without even realizing it

Just got to this point of your post. I will read the rest but first:

I had the same experience and I know the felling you are talking about. I observed strange flying objects, several of them, at the beach at nighttime that looked like search helicopters out at sea.

The next night I was with a girl i knew and around 3am I asked here, "want to go see some UFOs?"

Shes like wtf?? ok.

We go to the beach down by the water and sure enough we see them.

there was several off in the distance but the closest one (maybe 300 ft away or so) was still looking at us.

I was very happy that i was able to see this with another person, especially someone who was very skeptical of UFOs at first. I yelled at it to come abduct us, and she was freaking out telling me to stop. Then it went back to looking down at the ocean, ignoring us, and moseying around above the ocean
