In my youth, I stood in the Treasury Drugs parking lot in Atlanta Georgia, watching Chris Robinson and his talentless band " Uncle Crowe's Garden" play their garbage worthless noise on a shitty plywood stage, where me and my friends all yelled "SHUT THE FUCK UP, FAGGOTS!!!"

Many many years later I was hired as art director for ZZ Top

Billy Gibbons was ultra cool cool to give Chris Robinson and his talent was friends the once in a lifetime opportunity of opening for ZZ Top on an International tour….

But Chris Robinson did nothing but Complain about corporate sponsoring and other irrelevant Thank you for that details while he continued spending the corporate sponsors money….

Back in March, 1991…. I was Living in a high rise in Buckhead called the Grandview, And my girlfriend Jill and I were preparing for the 1st of 3 sold out ZZ concerts at the omni arena

I happened to pick up that week's copy of CREATIVE LOAFING and read an interview with UGLY TALENTLESS FAGGOT CHRIS ROBINSON…

I was surprised to discover Chris Robinson was insulting Billy dusty and Frank

He told the readers that zz top sucked

He encouraged the readers to come see the black crows open, And then leave before zz top played….

He made several insults….

So I carefully cut the article out of the newspaper of the newspaper, taped it to a piece of typing paper, And went downstairs to the marble lobby to have my concierge fax the article to Bill Ham, zz's mngr

Mike Griffin, zz's attorney (and one of my best friends) called me within minutes…

He wanted to verify when the article was released..

He thanked me, And told me bill said thank you very much for the information…

Jill and I went to the concert that night, as always….

If you've never seen ZZ Top play live, then you've missed one of the greatest live bands in history… They are fucking AMAZING live in concert…

Anyway, Jill and I made sure to miss the black crows because we had no interest in talentless losers

So… The ZZ Top concert was fucking awesome

When the concert was over, all 16,500 attendees walked to our cars….

Of course, That was 16500 people who we're going to play ZZ Top on the radio or CD player as they left the parking lots….

Jill turned on the radio….

that's when 96 ROCK announced " The black crows had been fired from the ZZ Top Tour"

So although Chris Robinson had been complaining about nitpicky garbage like Is corporate sponsorship, The Is hair that broke the camels back wasME

It was his Suggestion that the audience leave the concert before zz went on stage that got them fired. NOT HIS COMPLAINTS ABOUT SPONSORSHIP
