FDA Panel Advisor Admits Agency “LOST” Clinical Trial Data for Placebo Group Before Approving Experimental Vaccine for Babies and Toddlers
Earlier this month the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) authorized the mRNA vaccine for emergency use in young children, aged six months to five years old, after its advisory committee voted in favor of the experimental treatment, claiming that it has passed its clinical hurdles and is effective in preventing symptomatic infection without causing worrisome side effects.
However, in addition to ignoring the mountain of evidence showing the vaccines are regularly causing life-threatening injuries – especially in healthy children and young people, the FDA ‘experts’ have routinely skipped crucial steps in the testing process, allowing them to manipulate the data in order to suit their desired outcomes.
This inexcusable act of criminal malpractice was confirmed this month by the team leader of the FDA’s clinical review staff, Rachel Zhang, who explained during an advisory panel zoom call that the agency had lost the results from the placebo group during its clinical trials related to the decision to approve the experimental jab for America’s youngest children.
Without this data from the placebo group, the effectiveness of the vaccine cannot be measured against those who did not receive the treatment. Therefore, the clinical trial is meaningless. But the gaping hole in the results apparently doesn’t matter to the ‘experts’ at the FDA, who went ahead with the EUA approval anyway.
“There is no efficacy data,” Zhang explained. “I guess it will have to come from real-world effectiveness,” she added glibly.
In other words, babies and toddlers are essentially vaccine guinea pigs that will provide the lost data. Remember, Zheng is the team leader of the FDA’s clinical review staff, which oversees the approval of new medical treatments.
From Zheng:
“…We have lost the placebo groups, so we cannot really say anything about the duration of vaccine efficacy after that.
There’s no more efficacy data, basically, after that time point. So, unfortunately, we are limited to – in this study – would be the results that we have shown you in the slide with the data cut off. The latest one [placebo group data] would be the May 31st one, and that still is, unfortunately, very few cases…
…I guess it will have to come from real-world effectiveness.”
How does something like this even happen? They don’t even have to come up with a viable excuse anymore. This is literally on par with the old ‘dog ate my homework’ line. What a joke.
Considering the horrible results of the vaccine across the board when it comes to the basic job of preventing the spread of the virus, it is awfully convenient that the data which would confirm natural immunity in healthy young children is better than the failed experimental jab just happens to disappear.
Nevertheless, despite the myriad of issues, the FDA dutifully approved the vaccine for babies and toddlers just days after Zheng admitted the agency had “no efficacy data.” Because sCiEnCe!
Keep in mind that children have an astonishing 99.995% recovery rate from the virus. The vaccine itself is more than likely worse than the virus itself, as some estimates have pegged the number of children who have died from Covid, as opposed to with it, at zero.
Not only are children effectively in zero danger of this virus, but recent data has shown that they are actually more susceptible to long-term vaccine injury after taking the experimental mRNA jab, especially among young boys. Cases of myocarditis have exploded among young Americans, hitting unprecedented levels ever since the vaccine was made available to those aged 12-17.
With all of the data out there, NOT vaccinating children aged 5 months to 6 years should be a no-brainer. Putting this poison into the arm of an innocent toddler is beyond criminal.

US Taxpayers Spent Billions Inflating CEO Pay
A tight labor market created a rare moment of leverage for low-wage workers last year. But Corporate America took no great leap forward on pay equity.
A new Institute for Policy Studies report, “Executive Excess 2022,” reveals how low-wage corporations have continued to pump up CEO pay during the pandemic while workers are struggling with rising costs.
The report zeroes in on compensation trends at the 300 publicly held U.S. corporations that reported the lowest median worker wages in 2020. At over a third of these firms — 106 in all — median worker pay either fell or failed to rise above the 4.7 percent average U.S. inflation rate in 2021.
By contrast, CEO pay at these same 300 low-wage firms soared 31 percent to an average of $10.6 million. This stunning increase drove the average gap between CEO and median worker pay at these companies to 670-to-1, up from 604-to-1 in 2020. At 49 of the 300 firms, pay ratios topped 1,000-to-1.
Amazon’s new CEO, Andy Jassy, raked in $212.7 million last year, making him the highest-paid CEO in our corporate low-wage sample. Jassy’s pay amounts to 6,474 times the $32,855 take-home of Amazon’s typical worker.
Of the 106 companies in our sample where median worker pay did not keep pace with inflation, 67 blew a combined total of $43.7 billion on stock buybacks. This financial maneuver inflates executive stock-based pay and drains capital from worker raises, R&D, and other productivity-boosting investments.
Corporate America’s perverse pay practices become even more disturbing when we consider another often overlooked reality: Ordinary Americans are supporting our inequitable corporate economic order through the hundreds of billions of dollars in taxpayer-funded contracts and subsidies that flow every year to for-profit businesses.
Of the 300 companies in our sample, 40 percent received federal contracts totaling $37.2 billion over the past few years.
CEO pay apologists regularly argue that corporate leaders deserve their massive compensation packages because they bear enormous responsibilities and must take extraordinary risks.
This argument quickly falls apart when we compare CEOs at major contractors with the government officials ultimately responsible for their contracts.
The U.S. secretary of defense, for instance, manages the country’s largest workforce — more than 2 million employees — and makes life-and-death decisions on a daily basis. And yet the defense secretary and other Biden cabinet members make just $221,400 per year, less than three times as much as the $76,668 average federal employee annual pay.
By contrast, at the low-wage contractors we studied, CEO pay averaged $11.8 million and the average CEO-worker pay ratio sat at 571-to-1 in 2021.

After a “bad altercation” with an abusive boyfriend put her in the hospital, Jaime Caetano found herself homeless and “in fear for [her] life.” Tr. 31, 38 (July 10, 2013). She obtained multiple restraining orders against her abuser, but they proved futile. So when a friend offered her a stun gun “for self-defense against [her] former boy friend,” 470 Mass. 774, 776, 26 N. E. 3d 688, 690 (2015), Caetano accepted the weapon.
It is a good thing she did. One night after leaving work, Caetano found her ex-boyfriend “waiting for [her] outside.” Tr. 35. He “started screaming” that she was “not gonna [expletive deleted] work at this place” any more because she “should be home with the kids” they had together. Ibid. Caetano’s abuser towered over her by nearly a foot and outweighed her by close to 100 pounds. But she didn’t need physical strength to protect herself. She stood her ground, displayed the stun gun, and announced: “I’m not gonna take this anymore. . . . I don’t wanna have to [use the stun gun on] you, but if you don’t leave me alone, I’m gonna have to.” Id., at 35–36. The gambit worked. The ex-boyfriend “got scared and he left [her] alone.” Id., at 36.
It is settled that the Second Amendment protects an individual right to keep and bear arms that applies against both the Federal Government and the States. District of Columbia v. Heller, 554 U. S. 570 (2008); McDonald v. Chicago, 561 U. S. 742 (2010). That right vindicates the “basic right” of “individual self-defense.” Id., at 767; see Heller, supra, at 599, 628. Caetano’s encounter with her violent ex-boyfriend illustrates the connection between those fundamental rights: By arming herself, Caetano was able to protect against a physical threat that restraining orders had proved useless to prevent. And, commendably, she did so by using a weapon that posed little, if any, danger of permanently harming either herself or the father of her children.
Under Massachusetts law, however, Caetano’s mere possession of the stun gun that may have saved her life made her a criminal. See Mass. Gen. Laws, ch. 140, §131J (2014). When police later discovered the weapon, she was arrested, tried, and convicted. The Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court affirmed the conviction, holding that a stun gun “is not the type of weapon that is eligible for Second Amendment protection” because it was “not in common use at the time of [the Second Amendment’s] enactment.” 470 Mass., at 781, 26 N. E. 3d, at 693.
This reasoning defies our decision in Heller, which rejected as “bordering on the frivolous” the argument “that only those arms in existence in the 18th century are protected by the Second Amendment.” 554 U. S., at 582. The decision below also does a grave disservice to vulnerable individuals like Caetano who must defend themselves because the State will not.

A subsequent bench trial established the following undisputed facts. The parties stipulated that Caetano possessed the stun gun and that the weapon fell within the statute’s prohibition.2 The Commonwealth also did not challenge Caetano’s testimony that she possessed the weapon to defend herself against the violent ex-boyfriend. Indeed, the prosecutor urged the court “to believe the defendant.” Tr. 40. The trial court nonetheless found Caetano guilty, and she appealed to the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.
TheSupreme Judicial Court rejected Caetano’s Second Amendment claim, holding that “a stun gun is not the type of weapon that is eligible for Second Amendment protection.”
Although the Supreme Judicial Court professed to apply Heller, each step of its analysis defied Heller’s reasoning.
The state court repeatedly framed the question before it as whether a particular weapon was “ ‘in common use at the time’ of enactment of the Second Amendment.” 470 Mass., at 781, 26 N. E. 3d, at 693; see also id., at 779, 780, 781, 26 N. E. 3d, at 692, 693, 694. In Heller, we emphatically rejected such a formulation. We found the argument “that only those arms in existence in the 18th century are protected by the Second Amendment” not merely wrong, but “bordering on the frivolous.” 554 U. S., at 582. Instead, we held that “the Second Amendment extends, prima facie, to all instruments that constitute bearable arms, even those that were not in existence at the time of the founding.” Ibid.

The Department of Justice will not charge Michael Avenatti, former lawyer for pornographic actress Stormy Daniels, with 31 additional fraud counts after he pleaded guilty last week to five fraud-related charges.
Federal prosecutors for the Central District of California said Tuesday in a filing obtained by CNN they will not pursue the remaining 31 charges of bank fraud, wire fraud, and tax-related crimes.
The disgraced anti-Trump attorney was sentenced in June to four years in prison for defrauding Daniels.
Avenatti was already serving two and a half years in prison for extorting Nike.
He faces an additional 83 years behind bars for the fraud charges to which he pleaded guilty on Thursday. He will be sentenced in mid-September.
"Such a sentence would obviate the need for a trial on the remaining counts. Accordingly, the government expects to move to dismiss the remaining counts of the Indictment after sentence is imposed," the prosecutors wrote in Tuesday's filing dismissing the additional charges.
