We begin to see that due to cost constraints, political initiatives and other reasons, the practice of medicine is not always what we were taught or even what we expected it to be.
If Medicare shelled out for every patient who needed an expensive Regeneron custom targeted antibody, they'd be broke within 5 years.
If Regeneron gave those treatments gratis they'd be broke also.
These factors have led to greatly reduced diagnostic testing (itself said to be an unacceptable cost) and early diagnosis and treatment, which would itself cut costs and reduce mortality.
But that is not what American medicine is doing.
They have taken a palliative approach in practice.
Symptoms are impressively named and treated but causes are not.
The covid scamdemic is just another financial bail out, filling the coffers the medical establishment with large amounts of cash, with no real change or benefit to patients.

Multiple People Shot at Funeral of Man Killed by Police in Wisconsin
Racine, Wisconsin – Multiple people were shot at a funeral for a man who was fatally shot by police last month.
37-year-old Da’Shontay “Day Day” Lucas King Sr. was killed by Racine police after being pulled over for a search warrant on May 20.
Police said they saw a gun in King’s hand and he would not drop the weapon after they repeatedly commanded him to.
“The armed man refused all commands and took an action that resulted in the pursuing officer discharging his service weapon,” Chief Maurice Robinson said, according to WISN.
Gun shots erupted at King’s funeral on Thursday at Graceland Cemetery.
At least five people were injured, including member’s of Da’Shontay King’s family.
NBC News reported:
Multiple people were shot during a funeral in southeast Wisconsin on Thursday, police said, as loved ones were paying their final respects to a 37-year-old man.
The Racine Police Department told residents to stay away from Graceland Cemetery due to “multiple shots fired” there at 2:26 p.m. CDT.
“There are victims but unknown how many at this time,” according to a police statement. “The scene is still active and being investigated.”
The gunfire erupted as mourners at Graceland were saying goodbye to Da’Shontay Lucas King Sr., according to a representative of Draeger-Langendorg Funeral Home and Crematory.
Police had indicated five people were wounded, the funeral home said, but the extent of the wounds and identities of those wounded were not immediately known.

If you support the National Rifle Association and want to adopt a pet, you won't be able to get your furry friend from the Shelter Hope Pet Shop in Thousand Oaks, California.
The shop has announced that you will not be eligible to get an animal if you believe that the Second Amendment guarantees the right to own assault rifles. And if you lie about backing the NRA, you will be slapped with a lawsuit.
"We do not support those who believe that the 2nd amendment gives them the right to buy assault weapons. If your beliefs are not in line with ours, we will not adopt a pet to you," a newsletter notes. "If you lie about being a NRA supporter, make no mistake, we will sue you for fraud. If you believe that it is our responsibility to protect ourselves in public places and arm ourselves with a gun–do not come to us to adopt a dog."
The newsletter states that "if you are pro guns and believe that no background check is necessary, then do not come to us to adopt. We will grill you before you even get an appointment and visit our rescue. If we ask you 'do you care about children being gunned down in our schools?' If you hesitate, because your core belief is that you believe teachers need to carry firearms, then you will not get approved to adopt from us. If you foster for us and believe in guns, please bring our dogs and/or cats back, or we will arrange to have them picked up. Shelter Hope Pet Shop in no way will continue to operate if we are even remotely part of the problem. We support teachers, children, and businesses who provide services to the public, but we've had enough of all the senseless killing."
Founder Kim Sill told NBC News that some people have threatened to stop donating money if she does not drop the gun control inquiry from the pet adoption screening process.
"I say, fine, keep your money," Sill noted, according to the outlet. "If I go out of business, as a result, I go out of business. But I have to do something. And this is the only thing I can do to make the point that mass killings by people armed with guns have to stop."
In 2018, a gunman perpetrated a mass shooting at the Borderline Bar and Grill in Thousand Oaks, killing himself and others — according to NBC News, Sill said that around three months prior, the perpetrator had gone to her facility to carry out community service linked to an arrest.
"When he walked in, one of the other volunteers noticed he was wearing flip-flops and told me," Sill said. "When I told him he really should be wearing something like gym shoes, he got real snappy with me."
Sill assigned the man to work with an individual named Larry. "After a day, Larry said we can’t work with him, and I had to let him go," Sill noted.
Sill said that following the mass shooting, the FBI and police informed her that the killer had scoped out her facility out as a potential target.
"Their advice to me was to hire security, and for a time I did," she noted, according to the outlet. "It was unarmed security, but it was security. Somebody standing at the door. The other advice I got from the police was come up with an escape plan."
"An escape plan? What I have here are lots of senior citizens and dozens of dogs and cats," Sill said. "How would we escape a gunman who came inside here to kill us?"
"I found myself looking over my shoulder whenever I came to work," she noted. "And after a while, I realized I just couldn’t live like that."

… Meanwhile, the White House is making inquiries into some of the refinery closures and apparently considering asking oil refiners to reopen some idled capacity. Because, as we can all imagine, it takes a week to restart an idled refinery and all will be well.
On a totally unrelated note, global refining capacity excluding the U.S. has shrunk by over 2 million bpd over the last two years. What a time to impose oil embargoes, right?
Right now, this means that should the EU stick to its in-principle agreement and transform it into a practical agreement, it would not only have a limited pool of crude for its refineries, it will also have a limited pool of ready oil products, neither of which will be more affordable than current oil and product imports are.
Then, of course, there is the question of whether the EU will not actually continue to import Russian crude and products but under a different name. Someone on Twitter joked that “If its 49% Russian, it’s good” and I think this is not too far-fetched.
If oil supply is as tight as the majority of analysts are saying, any oil would be better than no oil and it would be safe to speculate that a lot of blind eyes would be turned on oil blending here and there. After all, we’ve seen it happen with Iranian crude for years now.
So, what awaits us in most of Europe, is higher prices for energy and for everything that uses energy to reach its end consumer. Good times are ahead, especially for renewable energy developers and EV makers, with EC President Von der Leyen accurately, although convolutedly pointing out in that now notorious Brzezinski interview that the war in the Ukraine will push the EU further into the arms of wind and solar.
Meanwhile, down here, we, the poorest of the poor, are getting a temporary exemption from the oil import sanctions until the middle or the end of 2024. The EU, in other words, is confident that it can survive its own sanctions unscathed for another two years, at least. I have to give them top points for confidence."
