If you mean an actual hacker, then pretty much any tech company out there is full of 'em. Or you can check google for "freelance hacker". If you mean the "super sekrit skript kiddies klub" hollywood style "hacker", then I suggest you purchase a shotgun from your nearest pawn shop and felate it.
