Good! Americans Are Fleeing To Places Where Political Views Match Their Own
There's a private Facebook group with nearly 8,000 members called Conservatives Moving to Texas. Three of them are sitting at a dinner table — munching on barbecue weenies and brownies — in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. None are vaxxed.
And they love it here.
"As soon as I drove into Texas, literally, as soon as I could get into the state and stop at my first truck stop for gas it was, like, 'This is wonderful,' " says Lynn Seeden, a 59-year-old portrait photographer from Orange County, Calif.
"People weren't wearing masks — nobody cared. It's kind of like heaven on earth."
She says when the state of California forced her to close her photography studio over COVID-19 restrictions, she and her husband, a retired newspaper editor, knew it was time to "escape."
America is growing more geographically polarized — red ZIP codes are getting redder and blue ZIP codes are becoming bluer. People appear to be sorting.
"We felt very out of place and very uncomfortable at times," says Tiffany Wooten, a 43-year-old stay-at-home mom whose family recently relocated from conservative Indiana to liberal Austin. "We were looking at blue cities because we wanted to be with our own people."
Karen Bates, a 52-year-old mortgage executive, moved to the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area with her family last year from Puerto Rico. She says the island's government was going to force her teenaged daughter, who has Type 1 diabetes, to get vaccinated against the coronavirus. She now attends a Christian school.
"She's not had to wear a mask," Bates says. "She doesn't have to get vaccinated. She's thriving on the tennis team, making straight A's. I love the freedom of [vaccine] choice in Texas."
In the modern era, Texas has fashioned itself into a sort-of breakaway red-meat republic — banning books and restricting abortion, blocking mask mandates, and building its own border fence. It retains this national image in spite of the fact that its five largest counties went for President Biden. But more and more Trump followers are flocking to red Texas in search of the promised land.
The national real estate brokerage, Redfin, predicted that in 2022, "people will vote with their feet, moving to places that align with their politics."
It's actually been happening for some time. Residents have been fleeing states like California with high taxes, expensive real estate and school mask mandates and heading to conservative strongholds like Idaho, Tennessee and Texas.
Family therapist and conservative activist Dr. Bridget Melson, 52, is a new Texan. "We want our medical freedoms. We want our constitutional rights. We are definitely pro-life," says Melson, who created the Facebook group. "We looked where the red counties were. We knew Austin was going to be a lost cause, and so we knew we didn't want to be there. And we really wanted to have decent weather and the least amount of bugs, so we figured the Metroplex."
"People used to come up to me and say, 'Don't California my Texas.' But we're the damn cavalry! We're here to save you. Because we know what's going to happen. And if we don't run for office, get involved in school boards, and pay attention and get out and vote, then you're gonna California Texas."

The truth of the matter, is that the obama mentality of the 2010s was not sustainable, and we have seen that a decade of this mentality was just as destructive on the left as it was for the nation. the 2020s may just be the raise of fascism because of the lumpenproles. There has been this slow awakening as people discover that the old ways were not established by churches for control, but were established because of unarticulated social benefit. We did not tolerate porn because it was destructive, it messed with your serotonin. We did not tolerate promiscuity, because it was destrutive: it spread diseases and messed with your brain chemistry. We are relearning why we did the things we did; like a factory that removed safety features to save money only to discover that the machines were going down too often because of mangled workers. Damn, when I moved more rural I simply rented a big ass truck typically used for hauling inventory supplies to warehouses (not a semi-truck, but as close as you can get without needing a CDL). There are companies where you can rent those kinds of trucks for hauling lots of stuff for storage or moving. I had my family help me move everything out of my old home into the new homestead a year(+) ago. Pain in the rear, yes. Almost had an injury at one point (it was close!) but worth it.

Absolutely. My State is currently seeing an exodus out of Illinois moving over here to Missouri and the smaller towns are starting to boom once again. People are waking up after covid regulations and the riots, plus with the higher taxes in cities and 'blue states' families are just saying "fuck this, we want better leadership!" Don't get me wrong, we have some RINOs in my State, but at least they are not as corrupted as the Democrats are these days and for the most part, besides groveling to Zionists, they are pretty chill and lax.

I've been telling people they need to be getting some of their food from the local farmer markets for several reasons. #1 Communists want control over food, control the food you control the people. #2 You are cutting out any middle men in the deals (perhaps besides a small processing fee for butchered wholesale beef). #3 You can make personal contacts with these people, and start buying food directly from the source even outside the farmers markets, this way you grow a trust bond, and it may come in handy after SHTF when you need to know people who you can trust to barter and exchange goods/services.
Control food, control people. Become another obstacle for them in America.

Well the best you can do is find an area where the demographics are still majority white.
THE PROBLEM: most those areas are suburbs and are very expensive to live in today for younger workers. Many rural communities are still predominately white but there are drawbacks for younger workers too: longer commuting = rising gas cost and dependence, you must have a more "self-sufficient" mindset because it's more work and responsibility living in the country (unless you desire to live like a poor hick in an old dilapidated mobile home), many areas do not have trash service (you'll have to burn your trash in a big fire pit), you may have to rely on well water and the quality of water all depends on the aquifer (you may have to get water softener and filtering systems installed), etc. So if you have some money, suburbs or a country homestead. If you don't, find a rural trailer park that is still predominately white.

The toxic environment of crime and high taxes have forced some Wall Street firms to move operations to the Sunshine State as an attractive place for long-term expansion. City dwellers have fallen in love with the state because there's no personal income tax.
If migration trends persist, the number of New Yorkers leaving the state for Florida could shatter last year's figure of 61,728.
Meanwhile, Mayor Eric Adams has been absolutely wrong about migration trends reversing. It's only accelerating as NYC descends into darkness as another failed liberal city implodes under the weight of violent crime and high taxes. You're never going to find an entire state that aligns with any one viewpoint. What you can do is find one that is less hostile toward your own viewpoints and where you can find a local community with generally shared values.
At the end of the day, that ability for people of different backgrounds to live amicably alongside each other according to some basic shared ground rules is what makes the American experiment work to the extent that it does. I can tell you for sure that there are still a lot of Mormon communities with the traditional bloodline views about blond hair and blue eyes being inherently superior, although I personally do not subscribe to their religion, so at best I would live pleasantly alongside them rather than in some ideation of a white nationalist commune. I might say similar of the predominantly scots-irish population near where I live. I am not and will never be "one of them" but we have a generally shared outlook and get along well.

I would look at several things before moving to another State (and local jurisdiction): Demographics of the population. Population density. General political history of a given area. Are the zoning codes lax enough in my favor to become fully self-sufficient and homestead? Any gun control laws? How high are the taxes? How long would it take me to commute to go shopping for groceries and other goods? Nearest towns and their demographics and population density? Any major threat of flooding or wildfires around the area? Any nuclear targets around the area if there were another world war? All this you have to think about when strategically locating somewhere. Also, the further you are away from both big cities and major highways, the safer you will be during a SHTF event. Marauders and looters won't be going to every single tucked away corner and valley all across the US, there is far too much land to cover for that. And you will be much safer in a tucked away community that has a long history of sport shooting and hunting. One issue people like me have: the government sprays the absolute shit out of us with chemtrails! Chemtrails out here is how they deal with us "undesirables" today.

All worth consideration. I never thought I'd pick a place to live based on laws and taxes, but I sure as hell like where I am compared to when I didn't care. The lack of potential for natural disasters was a complete surprise, not that I used to live in tornado ally or something before. Infrastructure is another consideration: I live near enough to a variatey of modalities of major shipping routes, water is very easy to come by, even internet backbones and international airports are close enough, and yet it's spread out enoug here that I can comfortably live halfway innawoods without pretending like I'm trying to homestead.
Chemtrails is a little more difficult. I assume most places are pretty fucked because if you go too far west to avoid prevailing wind currents then you wind up with shit airdropped on you from china anyway. So that's one where I just kind of write it off and living near the jet stream at least means whatever blows in tends to blow through.
And perhaps best of all I fit in easily here despite it not being where I grew up. It's a very laid back place with a majority of nice people, even if there's no big shortage of different colors, traditional backgrounds, or political outooks. Sanity and community sometimes rule the day.

Over here there are a few Mexicans and some blacks but since I live in a much more rural area they are still a minority and typically are polite and laid back. Absolutely nothing like you see in the big cities today. Honestly those types probably wouldn't last long over here because I live in gun country, almost half the people here conceal carry and there is next to no crime where I live.
