I saw the video. What I say will be controversial here but too bad. The cops here were almost as stupid as the niggers robbing the local stores. The cops should have immediately called for backup, driving by the niggers, following the niggers until they slowed down, then getting out, running towards them and applying their stun guns (or if suspects armed, real guns). Cops are supposed to be physically fit and trained to do this too even if they have to chase them down ally ways. I'm not against the cops, I know they were just trying to do their job, but Kojak would have been shaking his head had this been part of a script.
