However, most people would die due to: lack of proper sanitation, lack of clean running water, sewage backup due to no more maintenance = rampant disease, civil unrest and chaos in populated areas, lack of food being supplied, no more trucks to drive supplies with (unless they are fully mechanical) but they'd still need fuel…. society would break down without the internet & power grid, completely break down, your modern way of life and access to abundant supplies over.
