There are very few places I've had to go recently (besides the monthly trip to Costco) where I've had to wear a mask to get service. Even the few times that seldomly happens, I'll wear it to use a service but once I'm out I quickly remove it and throw it right back in my truck.
I don't really care too much because 99% of the time I don't have a mask on and I live just fine. Most local shops don't care if we wear it or not.

People in America are fortunate everything is localized and decentralized. Certain cities have certain policies. Certain towns have certain policies. Cities much more draconian, suburbs not so much, rural areas not impacted much at all as everything continues as always. It really depends where we live, which States which county in the States, and who are local politicians are. We never had a federal enforcement of covid police, we had localized enforcement which varies from one area to another. THANK GOD for that too, because my small local area is booming because we never intervened in the economy or locked down or mandated masks or anything out here. Then again, I live in a "red" State.
