I am a complete blank slate.
I want to get into reading so I can stop being a degenerative loser.
I haven't read any books in my lifetime because I've always been preoccupied with gaming and movies.
I want the best reads. Fiction, not fiction, historical, biographies, nature… ANYTHING!
Also, why are books sooo expensive?
Where is the bast place to buy books?
Is it worth getting a E-reader and downloading books to save space?
I'm already going to read:
The Holy Bible
Mien Kampf
The Prince
The art of war
The devine comedy
1984
Any other /b/ooks?
Thanks /lit/ for helping someone better themselves…

Go to a library and read there.
They might not have Mein Kampf but many Nationalist and lesser-known Fascist authors might be there. Sometimes the lesser-known authors are also the best ones for learning about an ideology since they tend to have a bit of a different perspective and varying opinions. Also get the right version of Mein Kampf, the one authorized by the NSDAP (Assuming you are reading it in English)

On race, I suggest reading March of the Titans. Probably the most information and redpilling book on race theory.

Great to hear OP. It's important to be educated on what other people are reading, even if you don't believe everything you read.
I would start with Bible Books of Mark & John, 1984, and Mein Kampf, in that order.
The devine comedy and The art of war, are over-rated in my opinion.
audio books are also good for listening in the car or when you go to bed. Can speed things up a bit.
Pics related are some memes to keep in mind as you read the bible and Mein Kampf.
Good luck OP.

When you are done doing your reading, I suggest reading opposition work as well. Read Marx, Lenin, Liberal literature, etc. Always good to know your enemy, and besides, to know the good you must know evil. Opinions are contrasts of others.

1984 is total garbage. don't read that shit. the only thing interesting is the basic premise and some of the words (newspeak ect). reading the actual book was a slog. nasty ass old man (author self insert) and young pretty women romance.
fahrenheit is also a trash book. only one scene even worth reading. when the antagonist goes on a anti-book rant.
brave new world I genuinely enjoyed reading. though be warned the author was commissioned by (((them))) not to write a dystopian novel, but to write their utopian dreams, their plan for the future. this is similar to george orwell and 1984. it's not meant to be cautionary. it's a text book
if you want actually good dystopian novel where it's actually cautionary instead of masturbatory. read c s lewis's space trilogy

Well you shouldn't be buying those books in the first place, easiest way to end up on the FBI watchlist, there's plenty of ways to get them through the darknet so you should research that more
As for historical, depends entirely what you're interested in, but nothing you read historically is going to be like what you thought it was if movies and games is your only real tangible reference. Hollywood doesn't do historical
I mean is there really anything in particular? Early American history is actually pretty interesting

>Also, why are books sooo expensive?
They are not - you are poor. I doubt a rookie can read more than 20 books a month - so if they averaged at €15 each it would only cost you €300/month.
If you are really that poor - then get all your mainstream classics at thrift stores and only buy the rare books online. I buy a lot of books at thrift stores despite not being poor - because a) books in my own language are often out of print and b) I like the connection to other humans that a well read volume brings. Especially an old edition. I have found all sorts of things in books - old recipes, love letters, photographs.
I use trinkets as bookmarks (cuttings from magazines, beermats, theatre tickets etc) because I hope that a hundred years in the future somone will find it interesting to see a window into the life of a previous owner of the book.
>Where is the bast place to buy books?
Which country are you in?
https://www.bookfinder.com/ is a good place to find out which sellers suit you. If you say where you are maybe I can give you a specific recommendation (on how reliable they are for example).
Although I recommend you just buy a lot in advance, then you have a backlog to get through and are not waiting for a specific book to arrive.
>Is it worth getting a E-reader and downloading books to save space?
How big is your home? I have a 100sqm apartment and it's getting pretty full of books. A lot of shelves are double stacked. But again, anon. You are not going to read more than 20 books a month. If you dont have a big collection right now, you can buy 40 books a month for a few years without filling up your apartment too quickly.
Pysical books are great things.
If you are poor then hit the thrift stores.
