I am highly suspicious celebrities and high profile people get paid per time they use God's name in vain on their platform, via saying "Jesus Christ" in frustration, or "God D—" in conversation.
The usage is unnaturally prevalent and some people, Joe Rogan comes to mind when I first noticed this, use it so much that I have to assume they're being paid per time they say it.
