Don't mistake youthful edginess for anything substantial. I'm 28 but 14 or so years ago our history class was singing the German national anthem and some of us were reading Mein Kampf. It was a joke and didn't mean anything, at least at the time for me.

Gen Z here. My generation is all over the place. First off, the girls are all shitlibs, even if they’re only just following trends. The guys have more variety however. A lot of guys are soyboys/bugmen/shitlibs who are obsessed with anime, video games, capeshit, drugs etc. There are guys who are kosher Ben Shapiro-tier conservatives, guys who LARP as tradcaths, and finally there are guys who would agree with us, but who knows if they’re genuine or if it’s just an edgy phase.

This is true, age doesn't guarantee wisdom and experience.

But I think there are very very few people who have had a diverse life experience by their mid 20s.

I started training to be a paramedic just before the plandemic, and at 30 years old only just met the minimum age requirement. This age requirement is there because they only want mature people with real life experience (you also have to write a letter about your life experience).

Setting a minimum age of 30 is actually not a bad filter for a role like that. Sure, it doesnt guarantee that everyone will be mature by then, but I haven't met any 20 year olds who could handle it.

Maybe soldiers who have see active service.. but then that tends to fuck up the youngsters that do that too.
