1. Direct action: the "fedposting" meme is a shill meme, it s used by feds to dissuade speech that motivates IRL action, the reason is simple; the system is a lot more fragile than the invincible juggernaut they present themselves as being, they have limited resources to counter direct activity, so they need to limit how many attempts are being made at any one time, one or two attempts are easily countered, the perpetrators go to jail, and the lying press has a field day, but two attempts halves their ability to respond, three attempts thirds it.

What's more, while one news story about some guy who tries to shut off a power grid getting caught makes good headlines, five stories of the same thing occurring looks really bad, it gives the public the impression of some mounting IRL resistance, it's a lot harder to shame many people than one person, especially if people generally understand the struggle that these people are fighting (don't kid yourself, you already have a lot of redpilled people who won't talk about it hiding among the population, essentially an army of sleepers).
Note that the establishment is running on fear right now, the love for the system has largely been lost on all sides, note also that all it takes for fear to dissipate is for people to show they are not afraid.
There is also the fact that resistance can mount even among the captive, the more who get punished, the less threatening punishment becomes because the prisons worst terrors come not rom the staff but from the other prisoners, if a significant part of the population is on your side, the prospect of a sentence is not so bad looking for you, it, in fact, becomes bad looking for the people who work at these prisons, they are now essentially babysitting an enemy army, woefully equipped to handle an uprising of them, and rely upon fear to keep prisoners in line, fear being something that is gone when the prisoners are united and vastly outnumber the guards, they aren't out of the game, and should not be counted as such, they just have different limitations to work within.

You warm them. Keep them warm. That means keep them coming to monthly events. Big leftist orgs have people come together, listen to some dumbass give a presentation about trans rights, and then shoot the shit while having snacks or some shit.
The right could replace this with a monthly barbecue or trip to a shooting or whatever the fuck rightwing people like. The goal is to get people used to coming out every month.
Occasionally, do a protest to "raise awareness". Those are mostly practice protests to keep your own people used to protesting and keep them warmed to your org, but you can use it to try to recruit in the area too.
Then when there's a good opportunity or something important that needs to be protested, you have a bunch of people who are used to protesting, so you send them over to do another peaceful protest.
Maybe during your practice protests, you do some out of state protests, so that for big events you'll be able to bus them across the country like antifa does.

There is, however, too much emphasis on mass-shootings. A mass-shooting is fine and all, but we lose a soldier when it happens. Propaganda needs to transition people away from the mass shooting, to the serial-slayings; it is entirely possible to murder individuals, and even take money and valuables from them in the process. Starting lower on the food chain can also help build the confidence our soldiers need to go after more high-value ZOG-targets.
One thing I've suggested before: there is absolutely nothing the ZOG could do, if you someone were to go around burning down fields that employ spick labor to harvest their crops. You simply go into them in the middle of night, spread around as much gasoline and oil as you can afford to mix together, and set the crops on fire. This will teach the capitalists who bring these people in a lesson, and send hordes of spicks packing back to where they came from.
