Is the Russiagate series of scandals a deep state conspiracy to prevent Trump from realizing his strategy of rapprochement with Russia?
Trump seems to consider China to be America's principal rival and Russia to be the lesser threat. He wants rapprochement with Russia in order to focus resources on China.
Trump probably also hopes to enlist Russia in the fight against China, which would be invaluable because Russia is China's secure energy source. Russia also shares a long land border with China, and if Russia switched sides it would force China to spend more on their army and less on their navy. In exchange, Russia would get sanctions alleviation.
There has been a deluge of articles and a number of statements and leaks of intelligence assessments that have the effect of forcing President Trump to take a hard line on Russia lest he look like a traitor. The intelligence assessments may or may not be truthful; that doesn't really matter to the intelligence agencies, just like it didn't really matter whether Saddam actually had WMDs or not.
The intelligence agencies want the conflict with Russia to remain and be the top priority. The chief spooks have built their career around USSR/Russia. If focus is shifted from Russia to China, they lose their relevance and thus their senior positions.
Russia is a land front. China is a maritime front. The Army is pretty much useless in the Pacific, because all of America's bases in the region are isolated islands, or in the case of South Korea, functional islands. If focus is shifted from Russia to China, a very large portion of funding will be transferred from the Army to the Navy. Army generals very much don't want this to happen, and neither does Army contractors or congressmen with Army installations and contractor facilities in their districts. out
Hence, a large conspiracy by established interests to prevent a shift of focus away from Russia.

That map is the real story behind 'Russiagate'. Trump's financial rebirth from bankruptcy in the late 80s was due in part to his (indirect) support from Russian oligarchs. Whether his original desire and running for POTUS was organic and they latched on after the fact, or not, the eponymous (((Russians))) used these connections to support Trump.
But they supported him for the sole purpose of (they hoped) finally bringing down the US - using Trump as the caricature figurehead to make America the world's laughing stock/greatest enemy - for the benefit of China and their Belt and Road, and ultimately for the concept of 'Eurasia', whom would give Israel the freedom to be even more ruthless in the Middle East and finally expand into Greater Israel.
