Whenever you talk about forgiving enemies people ALWAYS say they are sinning. Says who? For some reason it never occurs to these fucking parrots that the enemy doesn't necessarily have to be sinning. Why is that so hard to understand? The answer is because these people never had enemies themselves, so they don't know anything about forgiving enemies. If you're in prison for life do you think you care whether those who put you there were sinning or not? Or whether they enforced laws or not? As a matter of fact a person who is totally sinless would probably not have any enemies.

I mean that when I ask about how to forgive my enemies Christians online always say "they don't know what they're doing", "let God punish them for their sin" etc, in other words they always assume the enemy is sinning. When I point out that maybe someone doesn't need to be sinning to be your enemy they absolutely can't wrap their head around that. Why is that so fucking hard? I'm charged with assault and I hate everyone that was involved in the case, I struggle to forgive them, they are my enemies. Then these fucking idiots say if they didn't break the law they aren't your enemies and there is nothing to forgive them for. This is retarded. If I struggle to forgive someone then there is something for me to forgive them for, period, doesn't matter whether they sinned or not and whether they broke the law or enforced the law. This quote "father forgive them for they don't know what they're doing", well maybe sometimes the enemy does know what they're doing, and are following the Bible. Likewise the expression that someone has "wronged" you is perhaps not always very good, they might have done everything according to the Bible, i.e. not wrong, and still be your enemy. Also in a war you have an enemy, are they always sinning? But it's interesting because I think if for example the police is your enemy and they are enforcing a law they could be sinning according to Osama Bin Laden who said the laws of the West are not God's laws.
