These people are not the worst neighbors I've ever had, but holy shit, the stuff they do, sometimes. The "dad" bought the cuckoo-child a new bike. First thing the kid did was park it outside a shopping centre for at least half an hour and was surprised as all fuck when he came out to find it stolen. Didn't you learn that lesson in the DR?!

Meanwhile, this summer the kid was old enough they decided to let him start having parties. My windows vibrated from the bass, but, thank the Good Lord above, at least it was Samba music instead of Sambo music, if you get my drift.
