I’ve been researching this case and have found some interesting things. I have submitted these things and the person’s name in as a tip to LE. I’m not going to mention the person’s name just want an opinion on whether these images match or not.
I browsed online for a person who met a certain profile who lived near the Delphi area and located some similarities between the photos he had on his profile and with the suspect images from video.

The similarities are quite obvious. Also, they appear to share the same colour of hair. You could work on comparing the height of the two men if you can find a full picture of your suspect that contains a reference object.
