I work in the media. Can't name through normal channels but have to confirm that the MP and former minister in question is Mark Francois, member for Rayleigh and Wickford. The prosecution service would do anyone saying this publicly at the drop of a hat so it may take time before it comes out officially, but we've confirmed via a police station leak.
