The only obvious option is to deport them all to either turkey, or Israel. Blacks were used as slaves in the south due to the harsh weather. They haven't evolved to go into complex organisms and disrupt the body chemistry until those organisms die. If something fairly benign can evolve slightly and end up, against its own interests, killing a third of Europe then consider what will an organism actually designed from the ground up to kill will do. I have always found it weird that people speak as if culture and genetics are mutually exclusive things.
