Jews were putting child porn in American cinema, so whites stood the fuck up and put a stop to it. Only after jews had completely taken over the US (two decades after the end of WWII) did it stop being enforced.

If the Code had been maintained (read: all jews slaughtered), media would have been free to create beautiful works. Instead of the solid wall of degeneracy and only degeneracy since the jews took over the business.
