So Philosophy I've been having a existential crisis. I'm afraid to break my solipsism habit. Everything in the universe revolves around me, Everything I see on tv, read in books, people talking to me. No matter how big the problem or small it is I can't seem to not notice it. because I have nothing more demanding in my life then such I can't stop it. I want to know it is me and still enjoy it. it's annoying me.

Am I being a coward?

I suppose posting this is my first step out of solipsism.

I'm not sure I get you. You mean that you have a feeling that everything revolves around you? Does that make you feel alone, or hunted? Sounds more like a psychological than a philosophical issue to me.

That's because it IS targeted at "you".

Ads? Of course its targeted at "you".

People talking to you? Of course its fucking targeted at you.

Things put in books? Its made for people, and you're people.

Can you explain the problem in here? Maybe looking at the lives of other people, you'll see their problems and their TV shows are also targeted at them. There's no real discovery being made here.

Makes sense that is made that way though that I'd not how I'm experience it. Say I'm brushing my teeth and do something that I would consider a fail and poke myself in the mouth and the TV in the other room laughs I believe it is laughing at me. This also goes with people too. And I don't deliberately listen out to these things it's passive. When reading a book I can read the book and think of something at the sametime and those thoughts and conflicted with I am reading. Not making critical thoughts about the topic I am but how the words I am reading are affecting my fleeting thoughts.

That's narcissism, not solipsism. It's a psychological problem, not a philosophical one.

Maybe read some Last Psychiatrist, the leading world expert on narcissism. His advice in a nutshell: act as if you care about other people. "But I don't really." That's fine, as long as they can't tell the difference. Do nice things for them. Leave them alone if they would prefer. Assume whatever impression they have of you is the impression that satisfies them the most, and let them have it.

I already do your quote, it comes naturally to be a 'good'

Symptoms of Narcissistic Personality Disorder

In order for a person to be diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) they must meet five or more of the following symptoms:

Has a grandiose sense of self-importance (e.g., exaggerates achievements and talents, expects to be recognized as superior without commensurate achievements)

Is preoccupied with fantasies of unlimited success, power, brilliance, beauty, or ideal love

Believes that he or she is “special” and unique and can only be understood by, or should associate with, other special or high-status people (or institutions)

Requires excessive admiration

Has a very strong sense of entitlement, e.g., unreasonable expectations of especially favorable treatment or automatic compliance with his or her expectations

Is exploitative of others, e.g., takes advantage of others to achieve his or her own ends

Lacks empathy, e.g., is unwilling to recognize or identify with the feelings and needs of others

Is often envious of others or believes that others are envious of him or her

Regularly shows arrogant, haughty behaviors or attitudes

Also I have non of these traits.

The DSM is useless and always has been.

Narcissism is thinking everything is about you. Solipsism is thinking the world is pretending not to be all about you.

Not exactly. The TV laughter is a good example. The solipsist thinks, "It sounds like someone else laughing about something totally unrelated to me, but actually it's me laughing at me." OP thinks, "I know it's someone else laughing about something that isn't me, but it sounds like they're laughing at me."

That's what I get " it's me laughing at me" And that I think that laughter is malicious or something I have to improve myself to, my humility

Learn something you dont know that is difficult. Read or learn something beyond your capacity. It both makes you humble and cures solipsism. Shit, play a difficult video game

no you are not alone. most Solipsists are maladjusts like you and I. Kafkatrapping is very real but the backfire from us can be worse. its like gaslighting by liberal idealists. the Enlightenment era created a lot of societal outcasts. the only answer to the eternal question is shooting us back to the dark ages. where the real ubermensch will show himself.
