But that's not how addiction works. You have to make an external change. The drug or habbit itself is not compliment with your wishes. You'll just binge after a week or even a month. Like a junky. A weed junky, but a junky none the less. Meanwhile others can socially use cocaine and not become addicts.

So long as you're not hurting others, and you don't become physically dependent, which is different from addiction. For example you cannot become physically dependent on weed. Same goes for fapping. Yet you can be an addict. It's like a "gambling addiction" or a "sex addiction". The problem is inside your head and the trick to beating something inside your head is getting out of your head. Not trying to actively avoid it. When you actively avoid it you obsess over it. That's just furthing the addiction cycle.
