>Where do you find a friend these days?
Not on the internet at least. You'll find likeminded people, but there is no way to make sure they are genuine. Anyone can fake text, it's much easier than in real life. You can get a sense of connection online to leverage you into working on yourself IRL. Go to the internet for inspiration and advice, but not for friends.
Finding people with common interests IRL is your safest bet, but this requires getting the spaghetti under control so it doesn't spill everywhere and have you running straight back to the fap station to self-medicate.
>How do I get a real job?
You might have to start at the bottom so you have something to show for on your resume. Cleaners are always needed.
>How do I become a normalfag?
Don't become one. Just learn to conceal your powerlevel and you'll be fine.
>I'm 29 btw should I just kill myself?
No. There are people here who will support you. Just take one day at a time. I know it sounds like normiespeak, but a lot of nofappers have found it to be the only mindset that they can deal with. One day at the time.
