Yes, edging for long hours drains you more than a quick fap. But the difference is pornography overstimulates dopamine release while ejaculation, or semen loss, means a loss of nutrients. Semen loss is detrimental when it happens too frequently. Porn is just bad, period. But the insane cocktail of porn + ejaculation is the worst since it will make you addicted to ejaculating by overstimulating the dopamine release with porn in conjunction with that.
