I tried to cut cold turkey but would only have more violent relapses. Now i'm trying to follow strict rules: only 1 fap per 3 days to vanilla porn.

I think the key is realizing that fapping is only a symptom of a larger problem, your general lifestyle. Just like an early 20th century coal miner with a nagging wife and sick kids who becomes an alcoholic. Would his troubles be fixed if he suddenly just stopped drinking?

I dont know what your life looks like, but let's say you're a stereotypical chan dweller who spends most of his time sitting in front of a blue screen, alone. You stop fapping but there are still urges within you that you must release. General theory of nofapTM is that this will force you to find alternate, healthier ways of getting rid of that energy. But that's obviously bullshit as you can see for yourself. All that it does is make you frustrated.

So first you need to do some radical changes to your daily routine. Reroute the energy flow so that it goes out through your muscles and mind instead of a dick. You need something to occupy your time and mind. Workout is also good in every case.

Thank you. I intended on throwing my trash lifestyle away when 2020 started, kek. Corona-chan completely fucked me over on this one and i'm not getting out any more than before.

It's hard to do radical changes to my routine when i spend most of my time in the same room, but i'll try to cut off watching youtube videos all day long and try to read a bit every day instead. I'll check in here if that does me any good.
