Anxiety is partly physiological. I suffered severe anxiety and insomnia about a year ago and defeated it with a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (all via YouTube -- never paid a therapist), dietary changes, and supplementation. Nutrients to look into specifically are magnesium, vitamin D (best to get some natural sources such as cod liver oil, sun, foods, etc.). I'm attaching the doc I created and shared with multiple people. It's a mistake to think anxiety and panic attacks are "normal". No they're not. They're a symptom of mineral imbalance which results in hypersensitivity to stress and overworked adrenals which are a disaster for your body.
