When fap i become disgusted with myself and hate myself for it and would use that as a reason to stop. Be recently i was playing a hrntai gacha game just for fun not sexual purposes. A summer event started and i spent 40 dollar in hype but i was sad i lost 40 dollars but i didnt feel shame. Ever since that day when i ejaculate i dont the strong feeling of self hatred or depressed anymore. Why? Idk. I dont like what i feel now. Its like a void. Whats wrong with me? Help.
