I went a full 107 days of Nofap before I relapsed and fapped. The energy and power you gain from abstaining is absolutely amazing. Nofap really is life changing. I know there are tons of Journals here on this board already but I feel the need to add one for my new journey. My last go at Nofap was 107 days. I'm now shooting for 1 full year. I will try to update daily on my quest to rid myself from the filth that is porn and masturbation. Feel free to jump in the thread for a chat bros. We can do this!
