Day 1:

The past few days i have been failing at nofap. I had a good 100 day streak, but i started visiting /wg/ and browsing a nude thread there. I have been going in a cycle where i have a small streak and then relape. I just relapsed prior to creating this thread and i have decided once in for all to quit.

I now know that my problem is that im spend way to much time browsing 4channel and that inevitabily leads to coming across a lewd thread.

From this day i will stop browsing 4channel and only visit boards such as /diy/, /g/, and /3/ when i need to ask a question. I will also refrain from masturbating for as long as possible. I will spend my time programming, 3d modelling and working out instead.

This is my exact problem, as much as I like to browse 4pol, there is simply too much porn there, just recently I made around 100d, then 40d, then barely 20d, now its on off 10d or every 2nd day…what coincide with big periods is not enough time to surf. I feel so shity today after relapse…what is worse the fall usually starts harmless, I click the pic of girls thinking "sure, I can handle it I have self control", day passed or 2, I do the same, on 5th day Im going crazy from urge and either have to take a run to regroup myself or search for porn online.

Ones eyes are the first frontier.

also what is "4channel" & "4chan" thing? I wasnt following the news when it happened, do you know the backstory?
