Who else here /strictlycelebratorymasturbator/?

I mean you only jerk it on holidays and/or days you have achieved something and want to celebrate, i.e some major holiday like thanksgiving, passed an exam, got a new job, etc…

Tbqh, it tests your ability to abstain, gives you greater control over yourself, and lets you know you are able to have that greater control, so you can actually relax without having to blueball yourself for as long as you can.

Just jerk off to celebrate major events, it provides the release you so desperately crave, but forces you to gain control of yourself.

Stop putting the nut on a pedestal, this is sad

Putting the nut on a pedestal is sad, but putting not nutting on a pedestal is sad as well.

I was reading Models by Mark Manson (excellent book), and he talks about the "Masturbation Diet". the gist of it is to pick a specific day once every two weeks or so and bust a nut then. I would say longer and go for a month, but that's just me.

Let me be clear, this is a long term strategy that you should start when you have finished a prolonged reset. Seriously, complete the 90 day challenge first and then see how you feel. At least do two months.

Think about it, did you start hard mode and change to this? You are an addict and those are addict thoughts. Also, it goes without saying, but you can never look at porn again.

If you can stop jerking off for 90+ days why would you want to start jerking off again, ever, for any reason, especially when you know there's the risk of becoming readdicted

No one is putting not nutting on a pedestal, not nutting means nothing if you do not institute other changes. My point is that you shouldn't think so much about it, rather, you probably have something more important to be doing.

100% agree, most people just expect quick solutions and focus all of their energy on nofap, but they should instead focus on being a more well rounded individual by improving themselves for themselves. Sorta related, if you're doing nofap to get pussy, you have a toxic mindset.

Get off the computer, go for a run, dress nice and improve your grooming, start playing a sport, literally do anything. Don't let any one thing define you.

People have been wanking for eons with no problems, as Gary Wilson says, high speed internet porn is the problem because of the infinite novelty it introduces.

Masturbation and porn are strongly linked in your brain. Older generations might have been able to jerk off with fewer ill effects, but that's neither here nor there and doesn't apply to us.

Also, you didn't actually answer my question. Why would you want to do it?

Apologies for the delay on getting back to you. No doubt that they are strongly linked at the moment, but since brains are plastic there will /eventually/ be a point where the pathways will become so weak that they no longer mean anything. At that point I'll have to decide if I want to reintroduce it into my life. I'll probably stick with straight nofap for way longer that 90 days to make sure that's the case, anyone in our generation should aim for around 180.

Anyway, in answer to your question, pic related.

I believe porn is the addictive thing here due to the supernormal nature of it, so I don't see a real risk of addiction to fapping. Previous generations didn't problems, so why can't we just (personally) live like them.

When you say that older generation had fewer problems, what problems are you referring to?

I think we can both agree that what OP is proposing is not a good solution in the slightest and it's sort of pathetic.

>Previous generations didn't problems

They did, but the kikes accuse anyone who pointed it out of being a crazy bigoted anti-semite. Cornflakes were invented in the late 19th century specifically as a medicine to prevent masturbation. I can't speak to just how effective it was, but it demonstrates how masturbatory addiction has been a cause for alarm for longer than most people would assume.
