Apologies for the delay on getting back to you. No doubt that they are strongly linked at the moment, but since brains are plastic there will /eventually/ be a point where the pathways will become so weak that they no longer mean anything. At that point I'll have to decide if I want to reintroduce it into my life. I'll probably stick with straight nofap for way longer that 90 days to make sure that's the case, anyone in our generation should aim for around 180.

I believe porn is the addictive thing here due to the supernormal nature of it, so I don't see a real risk of addiction to fapping. Previous generations didn't problems, so why can't we just (personally) live like them.
When you say that older generation had fewer problems, what problems are you referring to?
I think we can both agree that what OP is proposing is not a good solution in the slightest and it's sort of pathetic.
